I just had a really impressive experience with a very kind young lady who works late at night. I did not know exactly what to order but I knew what I usually get somewhere else. And she very quickly was able to replicate the drink in fact did even better than I ever could have imagined and I'll definitely be back! It's rare to find service with a smile, and young people who care enough to listen and give good service these days. Plus she mentioned to me that she works another job during the day, definitely someone who deserves a good tip next time you're through at night and you need something delicious from someone with a kind smile!

I often stop in when visiting a friend here and stopped in one day to grab a drink. When arriving it was mildly busy and the girl behind the counter was anything shy of rude. Primarily focused on what appeared to be people in the other window I received a horrible drink. This is my first time seeing this gal and hopefully the last as I did not enjoy the service at all. I couldn’t recall her name but it was a brunette shorter gal. Alongside the commentary being made I would not recommend going in mid evening hours.

I have liked everything I've ever gotten from here! Hot mochas, yoguccinos, and the shakes are to die for. They're always busy, but worth the wait if you have to; fast and friendly service!

Boyfriend went to grab us some drinks liking we have a place that is 24 hr. It was the second time we went and the big train with cold brew shots ended up being just blended ice no flavor not even creamy, my hot coffee a white mocha with macadamia nut flavor was not hot and can't taste the coffee or the flavor, the lotus was a cup full of ice and if you ask for no ice you get charged 75 cents lol... Idk why they seem to skimp on the powder and flavor what makes the drinks. It's been a disappointment both times. Hope you can listen to the constructive criticism. Best of wishes.

I had a 12th man mocha yesterday, and it was so good I was seriously bummed out when it was gone. Truly a coffee stand that goes above and beyond others when it comes to quality of ingredients. The breakfast bagel sandwich was pretty good too.
