Great service, great food, great times. The BBQ was really good on the burger and great Mac n cheese. The salmon was pretty good on their fish fry days. Only slight was they said they had mountain dew but was clearly mountain lighting or something off brand lol.

boat accessibility and great view while you eat. The food was good, kinda hard to mess up a salad though. The meat in the pulled pork was rich and juicy. It wasn’t too hot of a day so sitting outside was lovely. Not many mosquitoes. It was so nice to be able to pull up by boat! Love when a menu has GF labels, makes it so much easier for folks like us!

A great place to enjoy the water views and great food. Old Fashions are delicious! We tend to go on off times for meals, arrive by boat and always have found docking space and typically the wait for patio dining is available or there’s a short wait. We’ve always had great service. I especially enjoy their chicken, but any of the beef BBQ options are great too!

I ate here tonight and I highly recommend dropping in if you're in the area (or even with an hour!). I had the cilantro rice bowl with grilled chicken and it was fantastic! Service was great, prices were reasonable, and the view is fantastic. Casual dining with good food and a nice view? Count me in!

We were only here for drinks, but we loved it! The views of Okauchee were great! A number of boats came and tied up while we were there.

The bar is roomy…lots of space for live music and enjoying the summer weather.

Update: came back for food. I would rate this as just average. The brisket was a little dry and chewy. I’d rate the food at 3.5.

Update 2: came in for drinks after dinner and we were very disappointed with the service. It felt like we were inconveniencing the bartender with our presence. Considering the bar was empty except for staff, it was strange to be treated so poorly. Maybe we caught him on an off night….

We went to Smoke on the water for lunch and it was amazing. Salivation began when we walked in the door and they walked food past us. Everything looked and smelled fantastic. We had the combo platter with brisket and ribs for the meat. Our sides were the bacon braised Brussels sprouts, tots, and we added an extra side of maple bacon glazed baby bakers(potatoes). It also came with an amazing corn bread muffin. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend that you go there as well.

Awesome service from Stirling and the crew! Stirling makes one of the best old fashions in the downtown okauchee area, yum! My guy and I each got a rack of ribs...let me tell you...these ribs are made right has a nice smoke bark tender ribs that come off the bone nicely. There was so much food left over we each had a half rack left over for breakfast.

On thing I REALLY liked about this place the music wasn't blasting I get really overwhelmed with loud noises I greatly appreciate the ambient music but it still has a nice lively vibe. We ended up stopping by 2 days in a row because it's the only place we can go past 5pm that isn't extremely loud maybe it's a little sound proofed too but I love it!
