This place is disgusting. Mouse feces everywhere. Black mold in the shower. Floors with and without carpet were borderline lab material. There was blood and urine stains on the bedding and sheets. The rooms both smoking and non smoking smelled horrible. I was told I had to rent two rooms because it was 4 adults and 5 small children. The tenants fought outside the room door. I was charged 4 times for 2 rooms at the cost of $73.00 EACH. That has interfered with access to my funds available for cash. With 5 small children this is MORE than an inconvenience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR MONEY. The ick just isn't worth it. I want all of my money back; unfortunately that is also listed on the LONG list of DON'TS with towels, shampoo, quality business practices.. yuck!!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable! The owners are super nice and helpful. It’s right in town so you’re so close to everything! I’ll definitely be staying here when I come back to town!

Quite a steal! The location is perfect, next to an IHOP and the best damn Mexican place in all of West VA. Only 26 min from New River Gorge Bridge! When we asked for them to change the battery for the fire alarm, maintenance was very quick to fix.

Was here waiting on my truck repairs and ran across this hotel Great price, friendly staff and great locations. If looking for a great price, clean rooms I highly recommend here

Location is decent I suppose but that’s the only good thing. Rooms are disgusting and look as if they’ve never met a Clorox wipe. Everything smells of smoke, despite the room was a no smoking room. The guests are very questionable, definitely wouldn’t stay unless you are carrying. 10/10 don’t recommend unless it’s 100% the only option.

I stayed here for three nights on a VA voucher due to being homeless recently. The room was absolutely atrocious. Wallpaper on the walls with half pulled off the wall and the parts that weren’t hanging down were held up by pushpins and staples. It smelled like smoke so bad I tasted it for days and all my clothes smelled like it after three days. Cigarette burns on the blankets and the sink and the shower was cracked and the shower head was horrible. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat and the tank and all over the counter. I can only wonder if I was a paying customer and not on a VA voucher if I would’ve had a nicer room versus this piece of trash? Shame on them for giving homeless veterans, or whoever else they give these rooms too, rooms in such conditions. I suppose that’s all they feel homeless veterans are worth. While I was grateful to have a room for three nights this was the loudest most obnoxious crowd at this building. I truly feel it needs condemned. VA paid the same rate as any other customers, but this place reserves these trashed rooms for the veterans in need. I am writing my congressman to request an investigation because I think this is despicable and disrespectful to all that they place in these rooms. They should be held accountable for such trashy conditions.
