Owner was nice. Park was near the hwy and there was some road noise but it died off at night. The ducks and turkeys were nice. There isn't much room to walk around, which is a bummer. Not sure why the office and bathroom were closed, but we prefer self check in and actually liked that part. Very little cell reception and wifi didn't work. With our boaster we could get enough phone signal to place a call and barely use the internet. Without the booster the phone didn't work. The owner is super nice and the place has potential though.

So, my daughter and I are here at Sleepy Hollow RV Park, right outside the town of Willits, and I must say, I'm incredibly pleased. It's fall, chilly, the leaves are falling, and we're surrounded by trees... it's absolutely beautiful.

Granted, it's off of main 101, so it's to be expected that there will be traffic noise, as it runs from the southern tip of California to Washington, but it's not a problem for us. If you're into having every amenity, maybe it's not for everyone (it's not a resort, it's a hookup campground), as there aren't restrooms, laundry, very limited wifi (cell is spotty, but works) but if you're on hookups (which there are plenty), it's irrelevant.

Also, Cindy the owner, has been very friendly, accommodating, and transparent about what is/isn't available. All around, it's a beautiful campground, conveniently located, and surrounded by nature. We're very happy, and relaxed here.

I love Sleepy Hollow RV Park!! It is beautiful in here. There are not a lot of amenities but it is so worth the visit. It has mountains all around. The sites are level and there is 30 AMP hook up and water and sewer. The views are awesome. There are deer, wild turkeys, and ducks. The pond is small but scenic. At night you hear the frogs. I didn't get TV reception and had limited cell connection but I loved the setting and the quiet and the great location. It is a few miles out of Willits where there are restaurants and pubs and groceries etc. It is not far from the Redwoods and there are great lakes to explore near by. It was even a great ride on 20 to see the Ocean. There is wifi if you are near the office. The owners are not in the office often but I called them to get wifi password and they are friendly. You check yourself in and pick a spot. I've added some photos.||I hope to return again. ||||They take Passport America (for 1/2 price discount)

The five stars is for the peace and serenity of the park.||We really enjoyed this park. Just understand there is no cell service either AT&T or Verizon, no Wi-Fi and no local TV. We could not use our satellite due to tree coverage but was told if we switched spots and reversed our rig we'd get satellite but did not bother. The spots are nicely separated, lots of nice grass areas for dogs, a duck pond, and wild turkeys. It was a nice place to sit out and enjoy a little peace and quite. This park would probably not be a good place for kids and not a good place if you can't live without your cell phone but we really enjoyed our stay here. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

If I could give a zero, I would. I called about a family needing a place to live until their home was built, and just because this family doesn't understand English, she refused to even allow them to apply because the application is in English. And said it's not mandatory for English applications and that it's not her problem that they don't understand English. I then asked if I could have an interpreter there, and she said no. Wow, what a great woman πŸ‘

We stayed there in 2015, had some wifi, enjoyed the park for being quite and wildlife. So we returned there aug 2017, no wifi everytime you tried to get on it said no network found. Really wasn't expecting good wifi, but at least to be able to get on. My real complaint is the water pressure, it was so low not even enough to take a shower. The road noise is alot worse than before, of course the owners can't help that, just so many more people on the road these days. Will not go there again.

Quaint little RV park right off hwy 101 - staying 3 nights. Staff was friendly when I called to make reservation, said mail them a check. With Passport America, such a reasonable rate! Called as we were arriving late - again, friendly and had our spot coned off for us! Owners work full time but said they'd see us after work tomorrow. We have 30amp, water, GRASS for the dog......tiny duck pond, owner greeted us when we arrived to help as we have a big rig. Level site. Great for a one night stop over or to park a few days and explore!

Very tiny RV park that is very run down. We only stayed here because we were able to make a reservation and get in after 5pm. We pulled in after dark and it was a ghost town. Only two other campers and not a soul in site. Paid for the spot in a box at the β€œoffice” which looks unmanned. Very dark and creepy at night. The only sign of life in the morning was a group of hungry ducks. No cable. No WIFI. No cell phone reception. Rough road going in and if you blink you will miss their driveway. Charged us 35.00 which included a good Sam discount. For 40.00 we could have stayed at a KOA with all amenities. Not recommended unless no other option.
