Floors in the rooms are sticky, so wear your flip flops. We had to request a different room due to the first one being dirty. After that things were good. Hot shower and a cool bed. It was great for our late night arrival and one night stay.

Lobby reeked of marijuana smoke. Room was clean. Bed was horrible. Mattress was broken down and hard as a rock. Pillows flat and small. Comforter had stains on it. Room was musty smelling and hot when we arrived. Would not recommend staying.

Nice hotel for a wonderful price. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The only issues we had were that the hair dryer was falling out of the wall, and the shower door didn't close properly because it wasn't adjusted correctly on the hinge. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and conveniently located to a variety of restaurants and stores.

DO NOT BOOK. Switched rooms because of stained sheets, broken door, only to get more stained sheets. Family staying in other rooms, stained sheets, visible mold on ceiling, mildew smells, humid/hot hallways, sheets did smell of just bleach and it was strong so that was a comfort and a headache. Just go somewhere else, this place isn’t for families. It’s the lowest grade hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I’d give it 0 stars if possible.

After 11 hours of traveling we stopped in Cullman. Went to La Quinta first because we knew they were pet friendly. Room was 175.00!! With pet fee. We called Sleep Inn 99.00 plus 25.00 pet fee. Great room clean but Jonathon at front desk was so nice! We got first floor room. Will get his name. Will use sleep inn again!!

We have stayed here often over the last four or five years and we’re pleased when the hotel was updated recently… It really needed to be updated. Our last few stays, the people at the front desk have not been as good as they have in the past but overall we felt that it was a good place to stay. However, for some reason the rate went up… it was $136 for the two of us for one night this time and I thought that was pretty steep for this class of hotel. I was hopeful that maybe the room was extra nice, but I was pretty disappointed. The toilet did not flush very well, the hot water took forever to get there, and wasn’t very hot, it had a really weird door in the bathroom on the little room, where the toilet was, that would not open all the way in infringed on where you stood at the sink to where you couldn’t even stand comfortably at the sink, and certainly more than one person could not stand at the sink counter at the same time it was very awkward and with the door open you couldn’t even reach the hairdryer. There was not adequate airflow in the little toilet room if you closed the door all the time, and it was very tiny. The finish work in the carpet and trim was very very poorly done and raggedy. There were no trash liners in the cans. at least this time we had more than one washrag, which was better than our last visit. And I did notice that the pillows were much nicer than our last visit… They were much improved. The beds were nice. I felt like the room was fairly clean except for the carpeting. It was clear that the carpeting was not clean. I was disappointed with this visit compared to previous visits, and the quality for what we paid was definitely not there. If this happens again, we will definitely start staying somewhere else. I did not see any bedbugs, and have never seen any evidence of them there, even though I have inspected every time I’ve been at this hotel… Probably 20 visits… But I see here in another review that there has apparently been a problem at some point in the past I don’t like seeing that either. I’ll be sure and inspect every time I’m disappointed to see the rate go up and the quality go down and I didn’t like the quality of the personnel going down. It makes me feel less safe. Also, when I went to check out, the man at the front desk took off out the front door when he saw me coming and just didn’t come back. I waited about 10 minutes and then I went out to look for him, but he was nowhere to be found. I looked around and still couldn’t find anybody so I just left the keys and hoped for the best… Sad way to run a business and it used to be so good. Not sure what happened here, but it isn’t good like it used to be.

We went down for breakfast at 6:00 and the room was dark and nobody was around. I rang the bell with no response. A few minutes later a girl came out of a room and she looked like she just woke up. I asked if breakfast was supposed to be at 6:00 and she said yes just give me 10 minutes. I have no clue if it was ready because I didn't go back down.
One of the reasons we pick hotels is for the breakfast so we can hit the road. Very disappointed!

When checking into room guy working was eating and was very rude. Finally got check in and got to the room and pulled back covers and had little bugs crawling on corner of bed. Would not refund and very rude.
