I recently stayed at the Sleep Inn & Suites in Cross Lanes, WV, and had a wonderful experience. What truly stood out was the hotel's incredible commitment to guest satisfaction. After my stay, the management proactively reached out to ensure everything was to my liking, even asking about a group of young travelers who were enjoying themselves late in the evening.

The hotel is perfectly located, with comfortable rooms and a great pool area. While there was some noise from a group of young travelers one night, I found them to be respectful when encountered in the common areas. The management's attention to detail and genuine care for guest experiences was remarkable.

What impressed me most was how the hotel management took the time to personally follow up about my stay. Their proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest comfort is truly exceptional.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided all the necessary amenities for a great night's rest. The hotel's location makes it an ideal stop for travelers, and the staff's customer service is top-notch.

I have to agree with the other reviews, this is a wonderful hotel! Michael Sanney, who checked us in, was so welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, the sheets were quality and very soft, the bed comfortable, everything top notch. We came down for breakfast after 9:00, the time it was scheduled to be over, but they were very gracious and told us to take as long as we needed. And the popcorn and cookies were a nice treat. We would definitely stay here gain.

We needed a room that was convenient and clean for an overnight stay, but we got a lot more.
Michael at the front desk was so friendly, and efficient, and simply fantastic. He set the bar pretty high, and somehow it got better from there.
The whole property was clean, clean, clean!
We enjoyed a cozy room with amenities way beyond the price point, tucked into a quiet spot about one minute from I-64.
I don't even want to tell you about the breakfast. All the hot stuff (little omeletes, sausage and biscuits and gravy...oh my!), all the cereals and what not, and two waffle makers that actually worked! Surprisingly good coffee, super easy checkout.

This was a one-night stop on a longer trip for two, but it far exceeded my expectations. The room was very nice, very clean, and comfortably quiet. The breakfast selection was exceptional- the best I've had among basic hotel buffets. The only thing that would have made this better is a hot tub since the pool was not warm enough to be enjoyable in March.

I booked last minute. Hotel staff was amazing. When we arrived there was cookies, popcorn, and meatball and tortellini soup. The room was clean, the halls and common areas were too! This hotel is well kept and the staff takes pride in it. Breakfast was great too.

Stayed for two nights. Great friendly staff and good variety of breakfast foods! The pool could have been warmer and the hot tub was filled in I’m not sure if permanently or temporarily. We booked two what seemed like full size beds for my husband toddler and myself. The room was tight and the bathroom was extremely small- stand in shower btw. The bathroom door didn’t seem to lock and the front door had a lock catch but could probably be easily broken in. The tv was difficult to turn on but overall had a great stay!

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we felt welcomed. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Parking is convenient and the hotel is comfortable. Each floor has a lounge area that improves the ambiance and homey feeling. ||The room was well decorated with the hotel's theme. Everything was new and up to date. Rooms have expected amenities including microwaves and refrigerators. The towel and sheets were high quality and everything was so comfortable.||The breakfast was included and one of the best we have ever had in a hotel. There were a variety of hot dishes as well as continental fare. When in the area, we will certainly stay here again.

For everything I expected in a hotel this met or exceeded it. The shower had a unique design that was actually quite big, while not taking too much from the room. Overall the room was a little small for my liking but fit my needs. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh waffles in a good selections like eggs sausage, etc.
