From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, all thanks to Shannan at the front desk. She was the true highlight of our stay—welcoming, efficient, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible.

Shannan went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring our check-in was seamless. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made us feel valued and well taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their role, and she truly set the tone for an exceptional visit.

Beyond Shannan’s outstanding service, the hotel itself was beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and great amenities. But it was her hospitality that made this stay truly memorable. Mainly posting this review to share my appreciation for Josh, one of the managers, who was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful with my check-in. He was truly a highlight of my work trip. The hotel and rooms were clean and quiet. Would recommend to anyone planning to stay in the area!

We stayed here over Christmas with our 2 senior dogs and were absolutely delighted with the hotel. Every single person on staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning when we come home to visit family.

I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. The room was beautiful and super clean, including the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and coffee were great!!! Thank you all!!!

I've stayed in the Clintwood, VA, Sleep Inn many times. I've never had a bad experience. The rate is outstanding and the rooms are always clean. Shannon Kendrick was the manager the last time I was there and she is a credit to the entire organization. She is professional, kind, and helpful. I'd recommend this location to anyone traveling in the area.

The entire hotel was clean and nice. The bed was perfect for my taste, soft / firm. We stayed in the area for work and I was disappointed when we had to move to another hotel . I can not comment on the price my employer paid for it.
