Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay. This hotel deserves a five star but I have removed a star for one reason. It was cheaper to pay for the stay on line thru a third party. I know, it’s common practice but I refuse to accept it at that. I feel that face to face should mean something.
Especially when the staff was amazing. The room was amazing. The pool was amazing (nice and warm) the breakfast was amazing. I was so full when I left.
The area was beautiful and safe.
I loved it and if I come back to Spokane, I will definitely try to book again.

The motel was nice and clean and welcoming. I had to leave my rig for 15 days so I was grateful for the affordable option. HOWEVER…the guy who brought the shuttle to the airport to pick me up opened the back of the van in the dark and then stood back and watched me wrestle with two very heavy pieces of luggage. I’m a 65 year old woman and I’m strong but they were heavy and I was tired. Not the usual courtesy you would expect from a driver..especially as I watched all the other drivers open their doors and seat their people then load their luggage. This guy was rude and unhelpful at best.

Staff is super kind and accommodating. We fly out at like 3am they packed us a breakfast to take with us. They call us an Uber or do a picked up/drop off for all our flights. Their rates for keeping our car in their long term parking is awesome. It's also video recorded. The staffs interactions with the community was amazing they were very kind and supportive. Room was good, bed was comfy, but really what sells this place is the staff that works there.

The girl and boy who checked us in was very pleasant extremely well and professional.The pool areas is awesome and refreshing. breakfast was amazing also hotel was comfortable

This place is absolutely awesome, the amenities they can and will provide to you are super helpful, especially if you are in a rush and forgot anything. The facilities are extremely clean, comfy, and just all around relaxing. The hot tub is perfect, and the pool is nice and clean and refreshing. Katie Pirtle, the sales manager, and her staff are all very friendly, helpful, and just super nice all around, I highly recommend this place for anyone for any nights you need you couldn't really ask for a better place to be.

Smoked outside a good 50 feet away from the entrance. No one outside. Clerk comes out to tell me I can't smoke. Weird flex but ok I won't come back ty

I slept soooo good. It was great after a long day of work to relax in a clean hot tub. The bed was super comfy. The AC worked perfectly. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff was absolutely perfect. They were all so nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
