Great place to stay if you're heading out of town for awhile. Has underground parking and Airport shuttle service that we didn't know about and had other parking arrangements.
The rooms are nice and clean and good prices for what you get along with location close to the airport.
This was our 3rd time here because the rooms were nice and clean Would prefer flooring without carpet. Easier to clean and a lot more sanitary.
Thanks to the lady at the front desk for going out of her way helping us clear up our double booking so we were not overcharged. 😊👍❤️ Now for sure we will be back.

It's okay. The front desk wasn't very polite. They weren't rude either, though. Breakfast was okay. Rooms are very dated and weren't dirty, but they definitely had seen better days. I will say the shuttle driver was very friendly and polite, though, and our conversations with him were the best part of our stay.

Positive: S per clean every time I stay here! Front desk staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is amazing. Kitchen staff is always in a great mood and making breakfast appealing! Negative: Just check the window latches on the first floor rooms to be sure they are locked.

No frills Choice hotel...not far from the airport. Bed was comfortable and water was hot in the shower. The 24-hour shuttle service was just what we needed for a very late arrival on one end of our trip and a very early departure on the other. Front desk personnel were helpful.

Sleep Inn SeaTac has been our go-to Park Fly for over 20 years. It's been a great budget choice with comfortable beds and reliable airport shuttle service. On this trip our first night, there was a really funky smell in the room, like dirty feet or something worse. On our return stay two weeks later, we called the number supplied by the hotel to get the airport shuttle. It was 12:30 a.m. The call would not go thru. I tried multiple times. Nothing. By a stroke of luck the shuttle bus showed up just as we were trying to use the airport courtesy phones (also not working). When we checked in, the front desk people said the number on the card was not the correct number?!? (They were very apologetic and gave us bottles of water.) Again, the room we were given smelled gross. There was no extra toilet paper and the only roll was about 18 of a roll. The breakfast room was being monitored closely by a woman who looked like she was just waiting for someone to step out of line. The morning front desk person (female) had the worst attitude - no smile, just couldn't care less. Alas, we will not be staying here again. The room smell alone was enough of a reason. The place has gone seriously downhill.

I've stayed here before but years ago.
It's nice that they improved.
Breakfast options have changed. It's much better. Rooms are warm. Clean.
I slept well.
Would definitely come back.

The people working at the front desk are not consistent with how they treat every customer. Somedays I am charged for a late stay sometimes I am not. I am a gold choice privileges member and it seems there rules change everytime I am at this hotel. They are owned and operated by the same company as their sister hotel the comfort inn and suites in Seattle. I stay at both hotels and the comfort inn seems to be a step above and treats their regulars better. I am also a flight attendant and travel a lot, so I know how a good and great hotel should treat their Regulars I am very disappointed in the staff at the front desk

Stayed here before and after flight out of SeaTac International Airport. Booked a Sleep/Park/Fly/Sleep package. Super comfy beds, clean, well equipped rooms,and pleasant helpful staff. The airport shuttle service was very convenient, and my car was parked in a safe, secure, 24hr monitored lot. Convenient, stress-free beginning and end to a wonderful vacation.
