Have you ever slept or tried to sleep on the freeway? That's what our night felt like. When we checked in after a long day of driving, the representative assigned room 100 at the end of the hall. I thought, great, quiet, away from pool, elevators, etc. Well, not so much. It is the room closest to a very busy intersection & freeway. Perhaps thin walls or just very loud traffic, but it was noisy! Obviously, very conviently located right off the freeway ; ) Room was clean, bed comfortable & exhaustion brought sleep. Just an FYI for You for the best hotel selection decision!

I’m a regular because of convenience of freeway. lol. Toni, you are the the attractive one and you are the better employee of the staffers, and you always say hello. Your customer service rings with friendliness and joy. About the check in staff at night? Always friendly when I arrive late in the evening. About the hotel itself, well it usually smells of weed in the evenings thanks to the usual and customary clients who stay there. (Request rooms down the 130 side if you want to avoid it) and for the most part is quiet, but occasionally those young guys on contract can be loud with the talent they brought in from the nearest bar, or the men with their mistresses can be really loud. Yes, that happens.
I call those guys lucky. Breakfast is subpar at best. What can you expect being the cheapest hotel in the area? Good place otherwise.

First time here at the Sleep Inn in Pasco. Booked a double queen bed and when I checked in something happened through the third party app (Expedia) and when I walked into the room it was a wheelchair accessible king bed room. Called Expedia and they weren't able to change the reservation. said they would escalate the matter and I'd hear back within 3-5 days lol. How is that supposed to help me? Luckily the front desk lady was able to upgrade my reservation to what we originally had made. So thankful to the people here for making it very comfortable for us during our stay!!!

Positive: The manager and staff seemed nice. Negative: The desk worker was useless. Forced us to move rooms when the hotel was empty and lied. Seems like basic hotel protocol. She spent time chatting on her cell phone which lit up and rang multiple times and took a call from someone who she hung up on.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Staff was great but hotel machine to make room keys wasn’t working the entire time we were there which made it extremely slow and difficult to get into your room since hotel staff had to let everyone that was staying at hotel into their rooms every time. I have never experienced this before at any hotel I have stayed at. Many of the guests including myself were extremely upset because of this. If the hotel owners won’t invest in a new room key machine makes me wonder what else they are cutting corners on.

Positive: It's in a convenient location and they do have a hot breakfast, although it's a limited menu. Negative: Worker knocked on door at 11:02 and asked if we planned to stay. Then started a verbal confrontation with my 77-year-old mother and called police! Ridiculous. One poor staff ruining this place. No apology. Claimed mom was "combative" from the start.
