This property is clean and inviting, both inside and out. The staff is superb.!! The complementary breakfast is complete and quite filling.|I spent four consecutive nights here and did not find one thing to complain about or that needed to be brought to the attention of Management. |Should the need arise, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this property, and do so with a smile on my face. Very few properties at which I’ve stayed over the years have matched the overall quality of the stay and the friendliness and helplessness of the staff.

Being a frequent traveler and spending an average of 20 to 30 nights a year or more in hotels, Motels, and resorts, I look at all of the details.
I just spent four nights at this property. The rooms are clean and well stocked with the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The grounds were very clean also. The staff were friendly, professional, and were willing to go to any length to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The complementary breakfast was complete and well rounded, and everything well stocked.
I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant day. Should I have call in the future to need a room in Cowlitz County, this will certainly be the first place on my list.

I work locally and occasionally have a quick turnaround and need to stay overnight. This hotel, I have found to be the cleanest (appears newly remodeled), safest parking lot/location in the area with hot fresh breakfast at 6am, amazing service up front. Useful small fridge and microwave in my room with a great shower and comfortable bed. This is key for a great night's rest and to bounce back to work the following day. Thank you!

We had amazing service here at this hotel! The people were so kind, management was so considerate. They were so giving and accommodating. This hotel was very welcoming with clean rooms. I would recommend coming here and we will definitely be staying again when we come back to visit.

This place is nice, but they change their policies often about deposits...last time they held not only the cost of room, but twice the price of the deposit. It took over a week to get it all straightened out. I have never been so irritated, and on top of it I never was given my points for the visit. There was absolutely no damage or anything, but it has been nearly a month and they "can't fix it."

I went for this spot based on the reviews. The phone call to reserve was a nightmare. When I shared I was hard of hearing and this is a work trip. The dude on the other line proceeded to speak in paragraphs outlining what he was going to do then asking, then reviewing what he did, and then reviewing the reservation and asking for confirmation each step of the way and in the middle of this he ended up roping me into a survey and a points system I didn’t ask for though series of yes or no questions during the check out process. I thought I was confirming the reservation by saying yes and clarifying details about contact information. By the end of a very long dragged out phone call that was completely unnecessary. I understand his attempt to do his very best customer service blurb while setting up a new reservation.
It was the opposite of accommodating to someone who struggles hearing over the phone. Oie. I was already getting a headache trying to just simply finish the phone call. . .

Another voice comes on- yells at me after stating “oh, I am hard of hearing and the last guy had a heavy accent. I didn’t realize this was what I agreed to, and no thank you.” She yelled at me stating I am from New York! I don’t have an accent! I am an America Citizen.

So umm. Needless to say already a terrible experience and all it needed to be is a new reservation, nothing more.

Will not be recommending this place to others. Plenty of other accommodation options out there.

I have stayed at this hotel location 3 to 5 times a month for about 7 years now from super 8 to sleep inn what a drastic change !!!🙂 The pool room is wonderful!!! Freshly remodeled both pool and hot tub are in working condition the breakfast is amazing and has expanded some hot scrambled eggs bacon and sausage the rooms are clean and cozy with new furniture and bedding I will admit it's been difficult communicating with housekeepers at times as it seems they have a several new housekeepers who do not speak English I did enjoy seeing two familiar faces in housekeeping and like in the past polite and helpful I will definitely be continuing to use this hotel for my business and personal affairs

I am homeless , I have barely any money and I wanted to stay at a hotel for a night. Used my last $105 to rent a room. When I got there they wanted $150 deposit. I didn't have any more money. So I asked for a refund and asked where it says that you have to pay that big of deposit? The lady that was working was very rude. And said it's on there somewhere. No it's not. So I don't get my $105 back and get to sleep in my truck
