Was recommended by a friend for some exterior work and couldn’t complain with the experience. The price was relatively fair in this crazy market and the project manager helped me thru other phases as well without any charge which I thought was very kind. I had a lost going water leak problem at my house;had brought in few contractors before skypro but none of them could fix it. Skypro came and detected the problem within few hours and finished the job leaving me very happy as they finally fixed my problem. Good problem solvers and a good gc company. Did other miscellaneous work at my house as well in egg harbor.

Rahid and his team were so reliable and responsive. They repaired a persistent leak from the porch landing area into the room underneath after failed attempts by other contractors. You should contact them for needed home renovations.

They did a really quick job for me. The job wasn't big but needed to be taken asap as it was leaking. The whole process took about hour and a half from the time I called them to the time they got finished. Definitely calling rahid and Co again

We hired Rahid to complete our home renovation project. We signed the contract on 12/06/2024, but he didn’t even start the work until July 2025—seven months later.
Even after the delayed start, his team (usually just 1–2 workers) would show up sporadically for a couple of hours a few days a week. Weeks would go by without any progress, with excuses like “waiting on material” or “waiting for sub contractors.”
Despite receiving a large upfront payment, Rahid kept asking for more money, claiming he couldn’t pay his workers or buy materials. The work that did get done was poor quality and had to be redone or corrected. He miscalculated/mixed orders, used different materials without consultation, and left construction debris all over our garage and backyard, to list a few things.
Recently, he asked for more money for tasks that were already paid for. When we told him to finish the work he started and refund us for the rest, he stopped responding.
This was a complete mismanagement of our renovation. At this point, we’re forced to explore legal options.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. Save yourself the stress, delays, and financial loss.
