Server David was awesome and very knowledgeable of the area. Great conversationalist. The food was amazing, we got the platter, and it was the right amount to share at the right price for two people to have a casual lunch. Everything tasted great, served hot, and the house made tartar was a great addition. Will come back here.

We had the best king crab ever. The shell was very easy to open and the meat would fall out of the shell. We also had crab cakes and poutine fries. The crab cakes were better than the fries.

They advertised Alaska king crab. They had various sizes you could select and they recommended the very very large. Said it was tender and sweet and the best selection. They were right. It was really good probably the best Alaskan king crab we’ve had. Coleslaw was also good and decent beer selection.

I didn't expect the food to be this good since it seems like a tourist trap, but it exceeded my expectations and more. The halibut fish and chips were top notch, better than Gordan Ramsey's fish n chips place in Vegas. The batter was light and crispy, fish was seasoned perfectly. Baked salmon was great, too, and the fried shrimp was one of the best I've had. King crab leg was absolutely delicious, tender and sweet that melts in your mouth. Price was on the higher side ($80 for the crab leg), but still worth it in my opinion.

My husband and I went on an Alaskan cruise and I had spent atleast a week looking over our itinerary and cross referencing with our stops on port days and the local restaurants when I came across this local owned business. I looked at other places but found this restaurant has most anything you can want when searching for fresh, locally caught seafood. My husband and I got the Crab cakes and King Crab bisque bowl with the king crab leg and it was DELICIOUS. The cakes weren't overly fishy and super crispy while the bisque was creamy and had a great Crab flavor with chunks of real king crab. Our server was super friendly and also explained how to use the tools to us first-timers. The view is also wonderful if you sit outside as they have heat lamps for any rainy or chilly days and a great overview of the port and mountains. Over all we had a great experience and the food was amazing, and I felt that the food was great for the price we paid. Hopefully we can come back again in the future!

We were overcharged!!!!! We wanted the one piece $83 crab and we were told that they didn’t have anymore but they had one for $109. I did not want to buy it by my friend being desperate and her mouthwatering for a crab she said yes. we were told it’s quite a bit over a pound. Since I do a lot of shipping, so when I picked it up, I don’t think it was more than 14 ounces. I don’t know if his weight was uncooked, but I was assuming it should’ve been cooked. It came with no side dish. The waiter said that the other people did not complain and they got the same one. We bumped into those people on the outside and I asked them about it and they said they paid $83 for that large crab, and they felt as if it was a rip off. They were disappointed also. Speaking to the waiter was like speaking to a wall so we asked for a manager who came over and she was a real chatterbox. We were upset because of the price and nothing is included. So she did give us a large amount of coleslaw. We are older women who have been eating out a lot and I do a lot of reviews. I would not recommend a $109 crab claw. Those people also said they were not impressed with the 1 pound claws. They were not impressed with their lunch. Maybe we just had bad luck. The claw tasted good, but we were not impressed with the amount of meat on the inside either. We’ve had better. We love to travel and eat out often.

I took a picture of the fish and chips. The people ordered next to us and it looked really good. We regretted not ordering that fish and chips. The people were happy with it.

Update: please note that this business and other businesses in the area are used to people from ships coming in and spending money and not leaving reviews. So here is an update. This is something that I purchased locally near me in Florida. It was the same size or close to the weight. The one in Florida had a definitely amount of more fuller meat in the claw.

I know we were taking advantage of this place. It was late and that our ship that was leaving that day. You judge for yourself.
Please note my hands are much longer than my friend in the first pictures.
I recommend going to Tracy’s. I had a lot of good feedback from passengers on their crab meat. Unfortunately, we went on an excursion all you can eat done just crab so we did not go there.

My family and I stopped in Skagway off an Alaskan cruise. We walked to Skagway Fish Company and we were SO glad we did!! My husband and I split the crab bisque, and it was absolutely delicious - so flavorful and fresh. I also ordered the fish and chips, which was cooked perfectly, together with a local Alaskan beer, followed by a mango sangria. Service was very fast and friendly. This was my favorite meal in all our stops on the Alaskan cruise.

Always a great experience at Fish Co! They have my favorite fish and chips in town! Had an amazing salmon for dinner recently as well, and my boyfriend enjoyed their Saturday sushi special also. Would always recommend a visit if you’re in Skagway!
