This was the filthiest place I've ever stayed...and I've done my share of third-world international travel. I don't mind old...but the hallway carpets appeared as if not vacuumed for weeks - same with tile in elevator (filthy). Used bar of soap in the shower, stains around toilet, remote was black with grunge and big stain on floor next to bed. Food service person appeared as if he just got out of bed. Don't waste your money. I've requested a refund but no reply by management.

I haven’t stayed here but I honestly would recommend it for at least giving it a shot if and only if it’s a secondary recoup then you can buy NEW clothes for cheap from ROSS, use
The laundromats nearby, and get ready for future
Destinations.

They didn’t call the cops on me when I was picking up trash and cleaning out
The birdbath! And I said I’d leave a positive review later.

These past 6 months have kinda been tough for everyone with the election and etc so I just don’t wanna see anymore businesses close because you don’t know how much worse Mount Vernon would be if they closed this place and had less qualified owners running something shadier.

Positive: Location in town is good and the lady that checked me in was very pleasant. Negative: The area of the hotel i was in was under renovation with beds, desks, paint in the hallway. The room looked like it had been used by workers. It was the first time I've ever felt unsafe in a room. It's in the bottom 2 of rooms I've ever stayed in.

Positive: Size of the room and beds were great Negative: No wifi for week.Came back the next week and the same.She acutually had me bring my laptop to the lobby at 10 pm to log in and said it would reach my room. Which it did not.Ridiculous

Avoid this place!!!!!Rooms were BAD! Dirty tub with hair, mirror dirty, carpets stained, hallway dirty and lots of dust. Bathroom Sheetrock patched horribly!! Hole in wall. No regular coffee, only decaf. Coffee pot broken. Shower curtain rod broken, towel rack holding barely. What a mess!!!! Homeless in the parking lot.

Positive: Close to freeway Negative: Bags of garbage outside many rooms in the hallway. Less than a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, one bath towel and wash cloth had to go to office to get more, had a king suite. Furniture and doors were very warn.

Positive: This is definitely not a 3.5 star hotel. The hallway carpets were filthy No shampoo just conditioner. Loud hearing unit. Not a very comfortable bed and tiny towels. Negative: Unfortunately I think this hotel is used to house homeless women and children as it was apparent that people eating breakfast were not normal guests. It was both sad and shocking when we were expecting a 3.5 but it felt like more of a 1.5 hotel.
