It was creamy and rich with lots of salmon chunks, mushroom, and leeks. For dessert, I had a chewy peanut butter cookie and my husband had the chocolate gelato. Best food ever, you could tell they were made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend the Salmon Wagon. BEST Salmon Bisque in Sitka Absolutely made the perfect lunch."
