Needed flowers for a family member and I live 3 hours away. The photos on their site were lovely so I placed an order around 10 AM. By that afternoon an absolutely beautiful bouquet was delivered - it was way beyond the normal delivery bouquet in variety of flowers and greenery, design and container. And the price was reasonable for the quality of the work which is appreciated. We got the large size of the seasonal bouquet. Will definitely order from here for all floral deliveries we need in the future.

Jenn is a talented florist! Her arrangements are beautiful and detailed. My husband sent me a beautiful arrangement for my birthday a couple years ago that included a handwritten note. Since then, I’ve used Simply Crafted Florals for my mom’s birthday arrangement and other special events. Jenn’s personal touch makes her stand out!

I am so late to writing this review but my experience couldn't have been any better. By far the best customer service I've ever had. I loosely planned an elopement in September and I contacted Jenn panicking about how we were hoping to pick up our flowers a day before.. like very last minute.. within a few hours and she pulled some strings and said yes and made it happen. Marco was just coming from another job (despite being closed as well) but went to straight to work and made the bouquet of my dreams. I mean, pictures don't do it justice AT ALL. The customer service was top notch and I am so grateful to have worked with Simply Crafted. The shop was so beautiful as well! I cannot say enough great things about Simply Crafted and I can't wait to be back in Yakima some day again to visit. Thank you Jenn and Marco!!!
