Silverado Resort exceeded expectations in most areas of hospitality with only a few minor exceptions. Our large group started our stay with a late lunch reservation at the Grill….we were sat in a private room which was nice. However, at the conclusion of the meal we were informed the bill could be split between a maximum of 4 cards….we talked our way into having it split amongst 7 cards. Secondly, at the level of service expected at a resort of this level, the servers should know where each food order it to be placed at the table in lieu of calling out the dish and awaiting direction from the guests. Also, upon arrival and prior to rooms being ready (no concern here it was well before check-in time) but there should be direct coordination between the bellhops and the front desk for bags to be seamlessly delivered to the corresponding room without direct guest direction.

Highlights of the stay are many! The bellhops and team at the front desk are ALL way above expectations in their friendliness and willingness to help!!! The team taking care of our room each day also did a fantastic job! The grounds are impeccable and very well maintained. The Market is a GREAT place to gather by the patio fire (gas) while enjoying coffee and yummy breakfast bites!

We will be back….the overall experience was wonderful and a great place to gather with close friends! 😊 THANK YOU!

We had a great time at Silverado Resort! Even though me and my friend weren’t golfers, we had a great time staying on property. Everyone was so helpful and nice with a couple of standouts- Daniela at the front desk was as welcoming as ever and super knowledgeable about the property and helped us with the map and questions we had. The room was nicer than shown online, the room opened up right onto the golf course and it was a great view. Jordan also was super helpful and efficient when escorting us to our room. The property was great, but when we come back, I think it’ll mostly be due to the staff. They were wonderful!

Stayed here for a conference. Spacious comfortable rooms and beautiful grounds. The catered food was very good. The rooms are pretty spread out, so while I was close to the main building some of my colleagues had much longer walks. You can request a golf cart ride as needed.

Exceptionally professional, organized, and polite staff - including the reservation process and the reception, golf (pro shop and course), and grill staffs.|Facilities and grounds were superb as well. No delays on the courses. Some of the tee boxes were under reconstruction, but no real hassle.

Staying in the cottages away from the mansion area makes going to the club house area a drive and not just a walk. The one bedroom cottage is roomy with a kitchen and a fireplace. The location is quiet and the grounds are beautiful.

A beautiful resort was beautiful, I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. So many great wineries nearby. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Namely Jordan the bellman, he was not only helpful but very personable throughout our entire stay. As an example, my clumsy friend accidently dropped something and made a huge mess and he cleaned it up while making us both laugh. We sought him out for golf cart rides too. He's a Rockstar! Give that man a raise!

Great customer service, Cody made our stay absolutely amazing. He was super kind and helpful at all times. Rooms are cleaned and the ambiance in the lobby is such a vibe. This is definitely a place to come back and enjoy beautiful the views and amenities.

I made a reservation via phone well in advance for a special event Hanukkah dinner. I was about to reserve online but called the resort to check that I could bring my baby to the special dinner. The lady on the phone said yes I could then said she could make my reservation over the phone. We reserved a spot for this event with the lady. When I showed to the event our family’s name was not on the list and I was denied entry to the dinner. One of the hosts said they made a few extra plates and could fit us in if we waited. We waited and then all the hosts eventually disappeared. I finally had to go to the front desk to get help. Another host came out and told me I needed to make I reservation for the event. I did. She didn’t seem to understand that I made reservation on the phone. She said they only took online reservations. That should have been communicated to the front desk staff that took my phone reservation. I would say the communication is extremely poor at this resort and they do not have a cohesive team. She then told me to go to The Grill restaurant to eat. They need better management, customer service is seriously lacking. I would never stay at this resort if this is how they function.
