I don’t know why this place is not full? We have stayed in other parks that cost way more, weather not as good as here. So much to do! Heated pools, wonderful activity director, every kind of restaurant, grocery stores, golf and 10 casinos within 10 min drive. Beautiful views, art, customer service, laundry rooms and on site deli. Cute dog park. The interior roads are paved, (not gravel) great if you are a walker. The spots are wide. My suggestion is to bring a big rug, outdoor table, chairs and leveling blocks because the park is on a slope and they tried to level with gravel but was to deep and oh well we got it level when we found the bottom dirt level. Some spots are gravel and others are sand. If you are a newbie to leveling, there is always someone willing to help if needed just get before you get here. We have to use them several times a year and good to have when needed. I like the fact that the space is not defined by a patio or concrete pad and it is a blank wide space to set up your winter paradise. This is our 2 nd winter here and will be back.

My wife and I came to Silver View Resort 2 weeks ago. Staying for 1 month. Best RV Park we have stayed in the last 4 years. Well managed, clean and lots of amenities. Judy the Activity Coordinator does a great job and gives you plenty of choices to keep busy. It’s quiet at night. A real feeling of community in the RV Park. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a good RV Park to stay a couple months. !!!

This resort used to be good, not great but good, for the price. In the last two years a new couple has taken over managing the park and since then the park has gone downhill and the prices have gone up. |Many long time residents have moved out of this resort due to the managers. |They advertise free cable and internet (included in your fees) but most people end up getting their own because it’s not very good and unreliable. |They have a pool, that is supposed to be “heated” but most times it’s too cold to use or it’s too dirty. Out of two hot tubs, more often than not, one is typically “broken” down. The bathrooms/ shower areas are not clean and quite often many of the laundry machines are broken down. |The water mains throughout the park are constantly breaking so they have to turn off the water in order to fix them. Which is fine if it only happens rarely, but it seems like it is a weekly problem. |The constant dog barking is irritating and people walking through your site is just rude. When those issues are brought up to management, all they do is send a text message to the park members that subscribe to texts. |The roads need to be paved because the dust is crazy because of the wind. Some of the trailers in there are put together with glue, have couches as lawn furniture, or velvet paintings as outdoor decor. I do NOT recommend this place!! |The one things going for this Park is the deli. Great food! |I do not recommend this “resort”

We stayed at Silverview RV Resort from Dec 30, 2024- January 30, 2025.
We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
Prices are very reasonable.Guests and permanant residents at the park are friendly. The park is quiet with no rowdy groups ( at least during our stay)
The Resort is very well maintained and clean. Maintenance starts on the ground EARLY in the morning to keep things picked up and / or repaired and they are available all day.
Customer service is absolutely outstanding.
Special thanks to Bruce from maintenance, Rodrick and Megan in the office and Jen , the activities coordinator!

The activity director Judy does a great job. She is very in tune with ensuring the residents and guests have plenty of activities that are fun. The park can use some much needed improvements. The pool area is good when it is running correctly. The hot tubs are down most of the time.

Love this place!! We lived there for over a year and it was amazing!! Dave and Jen, the managers, work hard to make everyone feel at home, keep the place nice and things running smoothly! Roderick and Megan in the front office are so friendly and make the check in and everything a piece of cake to navigate! Hopefully we can return in our future travels!

Stayed in my 5th wheel for 4 weeks at Silver View in spot 445 on the cliff overlooking the River and the casinos. It was a beautiful view all day, and a spectacular view with the night lights.

The team at Silver View was very friendly and very welcoming and helpful. Pool, spas, and public restrooms are very clean. Many many fun activities including bingo, pool aerobics, yoga, pickleball, etc.

The park has a lot of full time residents and everyone I met was very nice. Always felt safe.

Have stayed at Silverview for 3 months now and could not be happier. This is the best rv resort ever. The management and staff go above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. All concerns are addressed immediately with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Security here is top notch and the amenities and activities are first class.
The location is priceless being located so close Laughlin, the Colorado River and unlimited out door activities. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay !
