This hotel is perfectly situated in Silver Lake--close to shops, restaurants. The area is walkable and also easy to access by car. The property is tranquil and very beautiful. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable--including in room espresso machine. The on-site restaurant was delicious with ample seating. Griffith Park and Observatory are just to the north and only a 15 minute drive. There is also a bus that can take you there.

The hotel is in an excellent location. I love decor, the common areas and the restaurant bar are really amazing. Too cold for pool, but it looked adequate, but nice. My issue was with housekeeping, and the noise in the room. The room was very clean, but maid service was spotty. Second issue, some very strange mechanical noise in my wall which was very distracting, to the point of waking me up. I would stay there again, but I would not stay in 218. And ask for a quieter room .

We loved our stay at Silverlake Pool and Inn! The staff, especially Miguel R. were extremely helpful and kind. Our rooms were spacious, modern and so comfortable. The pool is heated and our kids loved splashing around after dinner, even in December! |The bar is cozy and had the best cocktails. Marco Polo restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. |Overall, the location was literally 15min from everything in LA. Everything was perfect with our stay.

A beautiful inn that is within walking distance of cute boutiques, a nice grocery store and restaurants. And, there are great places a short driving distance away: Dada Echo Park (bar & grill), Los Rodeos (super cute vintage clothing store) & Le Boudoir Los Angeles (a gorgeous lingerie shop owned by a French girl).

One tip if you are sound-sensitive is to ask not to stay on the side facing Santa Monica Blvd. And to be on the top level. We had an elephant in heels staying above us who was walking around at all hours. The staff here kindly moved us.

It would be nice if they had hooks in the bathroom for cosmetic bags. And if the bathroom light was less bright and didn’t turn on with every movement in the bedroom.

One cool thing is that there are plants in the rooms. They are well taken care of and it brings a feeling of being at home.

I was displaced by the Eaton Fire, and PaliSociety stepped up and offered free accommodation to many people, my dog and I being two. Upon arrival I was checked in by Carley - very gracious and discrete. My room was immaculate and luxurious, and I was greeted by a decadent delicious cake. Really appreciated the Diptique bath products, and the divine espresso martini, also complimentary. The kindness and restful luxury was so helpful to my mental and physical health. This place is classy and human. No notes. Thank you Irina and Carley especially.

Never a good sign when they include earplugs as part of the amenities kit. By far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Supposed to be here for 2 nights, checked out after one. Room is large w/ a weird layout + staff is polite, but that’s about it. Stayed on the first floor.
Loud mechanical whirring noise from the wall woke me up every 20 mins, I could hear every toilet flush, I could hear every muffled voice from the room next to me + every footstep above me (barefoot!) + all the street noise. Bed quality was also mediocre.

Unfortunately more of an instagram hotel vs a quality one.

I gotta say... I walked into the room and just fell in love with everything about it! Let's begin with the size: Wow! So roomy. Next one sees the [for sale of course] snacks, the drinks, the loaded fridge, etc. Next was the bathroom--- awesome waterfall shower. THe climate was easy to control and quick to change. The TV was great to have because I was there the day the fires broke out. Then, last and best--- the bed was massively comfortable. It was just such a different vibe than most other hotels I have chosen. The head desk staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Gil, in particular, was such a welcoming host. I will definitely go back next time I am in town.

Best experience! The staff is so kind, and the view of the room is amazing. Best choice in Silver Lake. The food and room amenities are special. I appreciate the opportunity to stay at this inn. The neighborhood is so cool have a lot of choices to do.
