Amazing, amazing, amazing. Staff and experience was amazing. From the moment we came in, the valet to the front desk was just fantastic. Miguel at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating and just an over all good dude. We had the king Jacuzzi room with a view of the water. The sunrise was exquisite from our window overlooking the water. The ambiance of the hotel and details in the room were amazing.

Amazing place to stay. The rooms are huge and immaculate. The bed was so cozy. On-site dining is good. The one issue was I asked about the pool and hot tub, and the front desk person said it was opened. Later, I found out from my friend that it wasn't open, and there was caution tape around the hot tub, and she said the pool was freezing. Would've been nice for a heads up. But other than that, I highly recommend it!

Best Ocean View I have ever seen from a hotel room! The beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is superb as there are shops and restaurants close by, and the walking trails are wonderful! I love to exercise, and it was great because the fitness room has state of the art equipment and it's spacious. The pool is a nice temperature. The staff is cheerful and knowledgeable! Great customer service.

Beautiful hotel in Pt. Ruston, next to a view of the water, shopping, dining & entertainment. Staff was wonderful to help celebrate a birthday. Restaurant staff went above & beyond to accommodate our group. ||No adjoining rooms are at this property so we had multiple rooms next to each other, needing access in each room. Key cards were glitchy. The rooftop pool area is nice with an inland view only (wish water view) and the fire pit/table was not working with maintenance planned. ||Heated pool and hot tub are open year round.||Parking was around $40 on-site/valet. Rooms & food also expensive. ||Overall a lovely hotel for a special occasion.

Nice modern rooms. Located by the waterfront trail and the kids park is nice. They lost points for; lack of standard parking, despite it being something listed as an amenity here on google. They force you to use their $40 a night valet service, or deal with the shopping center paid parking next door. We found a parking spot a block away that did not have paid parking signage but it was a gray area. Also lost points for no microwave in the rooms, and no covered area at the outdoor pool (it was rainy).

Disappointed. We booked this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we had a romance package with it. But when we got to our room it was just a plain old room with the therapy pool and view. There was no wine, charcuterie board, chocolate covered strawberries with it. Had to called the front desk about it and took awhile to figure out why it wasn’t there. This took the whole surprise and romance element out of our celebration. Upon checking in- it would’ve been nice if they would tell us which floor we can find amenities. We liked the location and the gym was really nice. Pool and hot tub are both outdoor so we didn’t use it due to weather. And the therapy pool breaker switch was off in the electrical panel and I had no idea it was off. So had to wait for my husband to come back from the room to figure it out for me. This hotel just seems unorganized to me. This is more a 3 star resort I wouldn’t consider it to be 4. One positive thing- the restaurant was amazing and bartender there was kind in taking our orders to go. Between my husband and I we spent $360 on food for one night all the food was delicious. We would go back to the restaurant but def not the hotel or any silver cloud.

Pro’s of my stay

Gorgeous room with stunning views

Room was Very Clean

Valet personal are 5 star

Con’s
Stepped on a carpet strip in the bedroom that pierced my foot. There was a small nail coming up from the carpet that I couldn’t see until after I stepped on it.

Used the jacuzzi once and didn’t work when I attempted to use it a second time.

Food was overpriced and blah

Summary:
Very beautiful hotel that was soured by not having the experience that I had paid for such as the jacuzzi. The front personnel were not very personal and feel very distant. The food was overpriced and my reservation that I had made well over a month in advanced for a window view for my birthday was not honored. As a customer who planned this well in advanced I felt they optimized seating to appease other people. After spending over $700 at this hotel for one night I can say it was very disappointing to spend that much and not get to use the jacuzzi but one time and to not get the window view as I requested well into a month in advanced for my birthday.
