I signed up a 22-day East Europe tour around April 2023, starting date is 10/16/2023. Unfortunately, on 8/19, I seriously broke my leg and had surgery. On 8/21, I contacted my agent Vivian and sent the Doctor's not allowing traveling verification letter. I was thinking about rescheduling to future tours, but Vivian suggested that I can apply for a refund first. I waited for a month with no responses. On 9/21, I sent an email to Vivian for updates, and then received Vivian out of office email notice. I was really shocked and thought that it was a joke. I immediately called the Signet Tours office and Katie Chen answered my call. He wanted me to send him the emails that I exchanged with Vivian. After ten days, on 10/2 Katie responded to me that I need to pay a ten thousand dollars penalty to cancel the trip, rescheduling is not eligible. In your opinion, is this service acceptable

Signet trying to perform censorship of bad reviews, I posted reviews for recommendations for improvement for our recent trip to 𢇁路和北疆,they didn’t like my comments, so they decide to perform censorship by Signet’s Chanli(馬先生,您好~每位貴賓都可以反饋自己的想法,我們不涉及點名。很抱歉,我需要先把您移出群組。明天客服會聯絡您細瞭解情況), apparently, in the world of Signet Tours, they don’t allow free speech, how dare them: 已經平安回到家了,趁著記憶尤新,回想一下這次的旅程,雖然很多人都在歌功頌德,可是平心而論,這是我出去旅幾十次中,最差的一次之一,住得很很差,-星旅館要五星旅館價格,反正供求失衡,也只好任其漫天要價了,可是吃應該是超值可以控制的,可是也是非常不盡理想,就拿有一個中餐,去吃所謂的9種不同的麵條中間擺了15種所謂的調料,我和很多位團員問過,都說難吃,這家餐廳大概花不了幾分錢,為何要在這吃飯就不可而知了,就拿敦煌山莊餐廳晚餐是最難吃之一,沒有什麼肉,聽說當晚的主肉是驢肉(無法証明)我聽了差點吐了,其他煮得也是難吃無比,可是第二天的餃子宴又差強人意,所以前一晚的晚餐,為什麼這麼差,這其中原由,我有我的猜測,但不願任意評論,另外有一家餐廳煮的羊排沒人咬得動,原以為我年老體衰齒牙動搖,可是一盤羊排沒有一人能吃就這樣浪費了,我雖不是廚子,至少煮得羊排還咬得動,第二天早上有炸羊排,我們都在笑是昨天晚上我們沒吃過的羊排,拿去炸給我們吃。我和周導當埸提過,他只說別人也和他提過,就像是沒事一樣,還有其他吃的不好,我都在意見表提過,不再重複。再說服務,我們到達第一天沒有人接機,這麼簡單的事都會犯錯,第一次我想大概是意外,可是送機時,只有一部計程車和一通電話,對不起我無法趕到,沒有一位超值人員在,只說計程司機在機場會照顧我們,計程車司機一到機場就說他下一個顧客已在等他,想也知道,連超值的人都不願做的事情,关司機鳥事!我們從早上11:10到達機場,到12:33好不容易在登機前12分鐘辦好,我想我們要是搭不上飛機,超值也只會說一聲對不起,好像超值人員很會說對不起,我們要的不是對不起,對不起有用嗎?我要聽超值人很有硬氣的說我們服務最好,而不是沒事就低頭說對不起。第一次可以說是偶然,第二次再度出現就是故意了。所以住不好,吃不好,服務不好👎,不知好在那裡?超值是否擴充太大太快,已經沒有辦法控制品質,已經失去初心,值得超值管理層深思,我們和Apple 在長江三峽之旅有一面之緣,希望她不忘初心,能夠好好檢討,否則十年之後,超值是否會繼續”A going concern”就很難說了。所謂愛之深責之切,估且聽之,言盡於此,聽不聽是超值的事。
