I stay here pretty regularly (about 7 times a month) and so far has been a great value and not many complaints. The rooms are stylish and beds are comfortable, location is good, no issues with safety so far, the price is extremely reasonable, and most importantly it is clean. It’s not perfect for the price as you’d expect staff isn’t always very friendly and breakfast leaves much to be desired but otherwise I’d say a great choice overall!

Positive: Easy check in & out. Updated & clean room. Comfortable bed Negative: The hotel is right next to the highway & we heard highway noise all night long., It was very loud. There seemed to be open roads further into the property, but they put everyone on the noisy side of the hotel. This does not feel like a 3 star hotel

Positive: Overall this hotel was decent. Negative: Unfortunately when I checked in they put me in a room that had not been cleaned from previous guests. They moved me they also charged me $100 on each room that I had reserved for a total $200 for incidental or as a security deposit for one night

Some people would feel that the experience of your stays 🛏️ during your getaways🧳 will contribute to the overall enjoyment of your vacations. This was my first time visiting Temecula. Signature Temecula made sure that it was a memorable one. This 2-star hotel was value for money and it honestly felt more like a 3-star hotel to me.

Customer service (10/10):
The customer service was great. Their check-out time is 11 am, but when we requested for additional time, they were very accommodating.

Parking (10/10):
The parking at this location was plenty and secure.

The room and Cleanliness (10/10):
The hotel was clean 🧹🫧! Bed sheets seem to be changed quite frequently (we don't want bed bugs 🐛, do we?). The mattress was comfortable, pillows were of perfect heights for me (I am a side sleeper)! The room was really spacious, air-conditioning was working well, and the lighting in the room gave a cozy vibe. I also liked the shower in this hotel because the water pressure from the shower was pretty strong!

Breakfast (10/10): As for the breakfast, they have your traditional bagels 🥯, waffles 🧇 and breads 🍞, they even have ice creams and yogurt.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in signature Temecula and do not have any complaints about my stay here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't like spending extra money unnecessarily on hotels but would also appreciate a great stay 💯.

P.S. I see many negative reviews and I would like to emphasize that I am writing mine solely based on my experience, fortunately for me, it was a good one.

The toilet brush is used to clean the sink. Disgusting. Yes, they use some bleach in between, but honestly, can't the hotel afford a second brush, perhaps differently colored, to clean the toilets?

The disingenuousness of the owner's reply is stunning. It's as though the cleaners make up their own protocols and buy their own cleaning equipment. Clearly that's not the case any more than that, say, a McDonald's employee makes up the recipe for the food they serve.
