Been staying here now going on about three months off and on for work. If you're looking for something with more of a home touch, I definitely recommend
Prob best with 1 or 2 people simply bc of the size.
If you just need a quick layover then you wont be disappointed the beds are Extremely comfortable and just know that if you don't want a shared bathroom, make sure you get a room that has a bathroom, otherwise you will be sharing a bathroom.
Bathrooms are nice and clean with very nice large showers!

The place was pretty clean and you can tell they are putting in efforts to get everything up to date. The water pressure was a little low in my room, but I'm pretty sure they had someone there working on it while I was there. My room was clean and had all the standard creature comforts. I had to check out early because work ended sooner than expected, but if I'm back working in the area, I'll probably go there again.

I've stayed here several times over the last year while traveling for work. The rooms are clean, quiet hours are respected, and there are security cameras in the well lit parking lot. It's not a high end place and there aren't any frills but it's a clean, safe place to get some sleep.

Rooms are tiny & dark its in the ghetto they won't let u into the lobby unless you call or txt ahead of time so if ur there in the middle of the night with ur family don't go unless u have a room already waiting location zero stars

We stayed at Sierra Motor Lodge hotel on our way to Death Valley and couldn’t have been more pleased. The stay is in a newly renovated establishment that provides a cute cozy aesthetic. We arrived late into the evening and had no problems checking in, their customer service answered our phone calls and even texted to assist. Got into our room with new AC unit and ceiling fan, Netflix and enjoyed our sleep. Highly recommend!!

Very clean and appears to be newly refurbished. Beds were comfortable and while walls were thin, it was quiet and safe at night Staff is polite and accommodating. I asked to be switched to a first floor room and got one right away. Be aware that not all rooms have a private bath. There were two shared baths on the first floor and a communal laundry and kitchen room. Our room had a small microwave, mini fridge and shower stall. Hairdryer was provided. Overall this place exceeded my expectations. Check in was touchless- they check you in electronically and provide you with a unique access code

CAVEAT EMPTOR! This is not a hotel; this is not a motel; this is a motor lodge. What does that mean? It means there is no "Front Desk". There is no one on-site to check you in. Reservations are done remote from Big Bear. Entry to the "lobby" and rooms is done remote via key pad. We could not get initial contact for entry. Someone else had to call [from Big Bear]. I had requested a ground floor room, because of a mobility impairment. He didn't even know what floor the room was on. We tried to see a room [second floor], but my wife was accosted by another guest, before we could even be checked in. We left without checking in and went to the Comfort Inn [hotel/motel?] down the road. I've never used an Air BnB, but that is what the Sierra Motor Lodge seems to be. The dispute for the room charge continues with the credit card company.

Stopped by Sierra on my way home. staffs were very welcoming. Very clean place and felt safe. Highly recommend!!!
