Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. Nothing I would change to improve our experience. Everyone in our party loved their food. I, specifically, got the fallen noodle beef. Loved every bite, even if it made me sweat a bit (thanks to my chosen spice level). Definitely a pleasant surprise to find this gem on our trip, and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

SIAM is hands down the best Thai food restaurant in Soldotna, Alaska! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a delightful ambiance. The decor is vibrant and beautifully captures the essence of Thai culture, creating an inviting and comfortable dining atmosphere.

The menu offers a fantastic variety of authentic Thai dishes, all of which are beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We started with the crispy wontons, which were perfectly fried and came with a delicious dipping sauce. For our main course, we tried a variety of dishes including Pad Thai and Kung ob Wonsen Each dish was expertly prepared with fresh ingredients. The flavors were rich and authentic, making every bite a true delight.

What truly sets SIAM apart is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that we had a wonderful dining experience. The attention to detail and genuine care for the customers were evident throughout our visit.

The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. The drink selection was also impressive, with traditional Thai beverages that perfectly complemented our meal.

Overall, SIAM is a gem in Soldotna. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who loves Thai cuisine. We will definitely be returning to enjoy more of their delicious offerings!

The food here is amazing!! Some of the best chicken pad Thai I have had! The egg rolls were crisp and tasty. They serve a very generous portion. I love Thai tea and the boba added! I will be back to eat here before we leave town!

This is our favorite place to eat! The Yam Woon Sen is bright, fresh and addictive! We also had Beef Massaman Curry that is creamy, nutty and aromatic! A great combination for us to split. The atmosphere is always great. The staff treats you like family, so five star service! It was my birthday, so we got to experience the Coconut Ice Cream in Pineapple. So GOOD!! Highly recommend all of the menu. They're passionate about their food. The authenticity is in every bite. Quality ingredients! When you are at Siam, your taste buds will be fulfilled! Come see for yourself! They're open six days a week. Closed on Tuesdays.

I ordered the drunken noodles 🍜 with vegetables 🥦! It was scrumptious! Spice star ⭐️ 3! It was perfect! 😍 The milk tea 🧋 was delicious also!! 🤩

I had noodles and shrimp. My husband had pad Thai shrimp. Delicious.

Green tea was Delicious. Maybe matcha powder. Very bright green.

On a side note, my stomach has hurt since that dinner. Three days. I think my dinner was too much for me. I always eat at home. Maybe MSG?

OMG!! We have not been here for a long time. So glad we went back!! We had the pineapple fried rice! YUM!! Thai spaghetti and I don't remember the name of the 3rd! Flavor explosion in your mouth!! Definitely on the date night list permanently!!
