We stayed here because I had a procedure at the Stanford Hospital. It was so close to the hospital that it was the perfect place.

As far as the room, it was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Honestly the beds were a bit soft for my liking, but that's a personal preference.

The food at the poolside grill was excellent. And the staff was amazing.

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Darnell.

The grounds are really cool, it was kind of like being in Hawaii or something.

All in all, it was a great hotel that we will definitely go back to if needed.

Great location with nice clean rooms. The walls between room are pretty thin, so you better hope you have a quiet neighbor. And the navigating to the rooms was a bit maze-like, although the front desk is aware of this does provide a map and directions on how to get to your room.

Every one i interacted with that works here was very nice and professional and the rooms shower was fantastic, but….

they hosted some high school event and the guests were incredibly loud and rude, shrieking and screaming well after i called to complain to the front desk at 1:00 am.

they seem to just accept this telling me the event gets pretty rowdy because its the only time the students see each other.

meanwhile im not getting any sleep which is the point of by business travel.

i will not stay here again

For the price I expected more, but sure, it was fine. The pool was completely roped off and under construction. The room was nice but I would have liked a proper kettle to heat water for tea instead of heating water in the Starbucks drip coffee device. Food in restaurant was predictable..but..in need of an update.

If you are attending a concert at the Frost Amphitheater and don't wanna drive home tat night this is the hotel for you. Less than a mile walk through eucalyptus groves tot he hotel it felt safe to walk there in the dark. Location is also close to a great shopping center with multiple restaurants to dine at. Hotel is very nicely appointed. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and when we requested a trundle bed we got the nicest trundle bed I've ever seen.

The walls were thin (if you have one with a connecting door), but the hotel service is the best. They were able to move me into a more isolated room away from my neighbor that was having loud meetings!

Very clean and great location. You do have to pay for parking though.

Old, tired hotel. My room wasn't ready when i arrived at 1030pm. I didn't get in until just before midnight. The breakfast is the kind of thing served in the 90s. Wifi is fast but spotty. ||Rooms are huge with excellent showers. Sleep quality good. ||The hotel gym is, frankly, in dire need of someone who understands fitness to overhaul it.||Probably once a great hotel suffering from a lack of investment by Marriott Group
