Had a great overnight experience here! Excellent service! Good food, comfy beds. The hotel seems like it's a little older but it's been updated. We ended up in a suite and it was massive! We enjoyed the space and when we needed bedding for the pullout sofa, the staff brought it up promptly! They have an automatic coffee machine in the club area that makes lattes and mochas and all kinds. Delicious if you're a coffee fan. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and wish we had had longer to stay. The pool was great for our kids, as was the hot tub. Only complaint is that the tile around the pool is extremely slippery so might be a good idea to add anti slip pads or something.

This was a pretty nice hotel. Very clean and good location. My only gripe is the rooms are small. We are a normal family of four and it was tight. The beds were not queen, so sleeping, even with one adult and not 10/8 year old each we were pretty uncomfortable. But. Well equipped and clean. So I will say it would be a place we would consider again when in the area.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the Midwest Horse Fair held at the Alliance Center in Madison Wisconsin and our shuttle driver, John S., was awesome! He was courteous and very helpful.|Our stay at the Sheraton was awesome. The room was great and the staff was also helpful and courteous.|We will stay here again next year.

Every one welcoming and helpful. Clean comfortable quiet rooms. Restaurant and bar located in pretty first floor lobby area, food and service outstanding. Lots of parking. Convenient safe location. For all this, the price was reasonable! Definitely a five star experience for us!

I've lived in the Madison area all my life and have always pictured The Sheraton as a fancy hotel. Well, for my birthday, my husband booked a room for me to enjoy a relaxing night away from the family. After I was surprised to my gift, I heard of how Emilio, front office manager, went above and beyond for me. It was truly a great experience and unforgettable. The lobby area was peaceful enough where I was able to read a book and distantly find calmness in the other guests enjoying the space as well. The pool area is incredible. Breakfast was light and I'm glad there were snacks available too. The people working were always willing to help and responsive. The television has Bluetooth and other media options which was nice so I didn't have to hook up my laptop to it. I most definitely sang at the top of my lungs a few too many times and didn't receive any noise complaints nor did I hear noise from the other rooms. The bed was comfy and I woke up without any issues. I appreciated how easy checking in and out was. Again, an unforgettable memory. THANK YOU EMILIO for everything.

We stayed only one night but enough to know that this hotel live up to its Sheraton brand name.
Front desk Cynthia and a young gentleman were very professional of how they treat their guests.
Lobby and bar area were lively and everyone seemed to have a good time. Room was quiet and well kept. Pool / hot tub area were my daughter’s favorite, salt water was plus.

Erica and Allison have been absolutely amazing over the last few days I have stayed at the Sheraton. They are attentive and accommodating. They are extremely friendly and go above and beyond. They have no idea how amazing they have made this trip for me. Thank you ladies!

Hotel rooms itself were nice and modern, front desk staff checking in was courteous but that’s all that was good about our stay. We had an issue with neighbors across the hall (5-6 teenage boys) shouting, running up and down the hall, and banging on doors until 1am. The parents were staying right next door and did nothing to tell them to stop. We were trying to sleep as we had to be up by 5am to go to surgery the next morning. We called the front desk around 12am and were told they would send security up to take care of the issue, but no one came up and the neighbors continued to be loud. Very annoying the staff didn’t do what they said they would and we didn’t get much sleep at all.

Unfortunate there’s no free breakfast and what they have for food is expensive, didn’t have any luggage carts either, housekeeping likes to just stand around on their phones and walls are paper thin. Won’t stay here again, especially for the price we paid. Stay somewhere else
