Upon check out this morning, I learned that the management comes in at noon and there is no people in charge at the hotel during check out. |We had a 2 night stay in room 237 and the 1st night was ok, but a little warm. We realized that the A/C was not working correctly by 11 am so we requested a room change. We were denied our request and a man came and got the A/C to blow colder air. |We spent Saturday at the event in the garden terrace and dinner with family. |I tried to put my children to bed at 10pm as we had to get up early to drive home. Our window was closed but the noise from the evening party on the terrace was ridiculous. The windows need better sound proofing or you need a policy change. People at the party should have been booked in our room. Then at 1 am the air conditioner woke us up with the sound of running water and knocking. It continued all night long and kept us awake. |I got a print out of our room charges and I'm not convinced that we were charged correctly. |In summary we have stayed there a long time ago and it is convenient, but I'm not sure if we could try that again. |1. One of the best rooms I have stayed at.

Booked the cheapest room the night of and to our surprise during arrival, we were upgraded to their best room possible, the Plaza Suite for no extra charge(which would've been almost $200 more at the time).

Unfortunately room service closed an hour early(I assume maybe cause of the 400+ person Indian wedding that was going on at the time) but they have a snack and vending area that were stocked with lots of stuff.

Shower and toiletries were great, the rotating TV was exceptional, and beds and sofas were very comfy.

I’m pretty sure this is the only hotel in Cerritos. I’ve stayed several times and I go as a getaway from home or for some me-time.
Aside from the occasional loud neighbors during prom season, I have had no complaints.
Christina, at the front desk, was especially accommodating and kind to me during one of my experiences, and she even remembered me at my next visit. 11/10 service from her.
Mostly leaving this comment to give her a shout out but the hotel is nice too. 😂

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Julian(trainee), one of the trainee employees at the front desk. His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and, at times, discriminatory.|When I inquired about bell desk services, as I had significant luggage, Julian simply stated there was no bell desk service available without providing any helpful information. When I mentioned that I had used this service during my last visit, he curtly responded that assistance would only be available "when help is available."|Later, a luggage trolley was dropped at the front desk, and Julian instructed me to use it myself, which I found both rude and unhelpful. After traveling for six hours to reach your hotel, I expected a more accommodating and professional attitude from your staff. Instead, Julian’s demeanor made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking for assistance.|I request that you address this issue with Julian and ensure that front desk staff, receive proper training in customer service and hospitality. Guests deserve to feel welcomed and supported during their stay, not dismissed or treated poorly.|Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a horrible experience at the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel. I specifically requested a room away from the elevator and ice machine, but they checked me into Room 214, which was right next to both. To make it worse, the parking lot was nearly empty, so there was no reason they couldn’t accommodate my request. The noise kept me up, and I woke up at midnight, unable to fall back asleep. This completely ruined my stay. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice safe location with clean rooms.

Yahir checked us in and welcomed us. He upgraded us as well. We really enjoyed the suite.

Beautiful lobby & fountain.

We did have an incident with the room, and James helped take care of it.

Those 2 guys make the sheraton Hotel experience unique. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: parking $15, breakfast not worth the price.

I chose this hotel because it was in a location where I could go jogging, and it's across from a shopping center with a Walmart and Trader Joe's.||Overall a good stay. The king room was standard size and the bathroom has a real door (not the sliding kind that seem to be more and more prevalent). Bathroom lighting was good.|My few complaints would be: |Pillows were too squishy - I folded one in half and put a pillowcase over it.|Room lighting is horribly dim.|The chair at the small round table is extremely uncomfortable. I had to do a lot of work here, and used a pillow to prop myself up higher.||I did not sample the breakfast (seemed overpriced) but did get a coffee one morning. There is a small convenience market off the lobby, which I hit up for a snack the night I arrived. However, the selection was poor (they had six pegs filled with the same flavor of Halls cough drops). I have been in other area hotels that have Grab Scan markets, which are really nice.

Positive: "" Negative: Our room's bathroom was not the cleanest and also there is not enough places to hang things up like used towels for reuse, clothes, etc. The shower head looked extremely old and worn out. The body lotion smell was unpleasant.
