Have had State Farm for years and always been pleased. Last week was no different, we had a roadside catastrophe in progress at the most inopertune time. While in the midst of panic Shannon eased my mind, sent me a list of out of town tow companys, while Enterprise dripped us a car roadside and got us on our way. The roll back was on stand by waiting to meet when we were able to return to my vehicle. Seamlessly, they were there waiting when we returned to give him the key and they safely got my truck to the dealership at no cost or extra stress to me or my family.. we can't thank him enough

I have been with state farm for years and have always had great service. The people at the Sistersville office are the best. almost every day some insurance company wants to save money by giving me cheaper rates. but I rate the great people and service over cheaper insurance. people at Sistersville office do more than just their jobs, they go out of their way to help you. I rate them higher than five-star rating.

I would not recommend Shannon as your agent. He was rude and unprofessional to a dear friend who has been with State Farm for over 40 years. He ended up costing them over 12K and did not go to bat for them when they needed him most. It’s sad really 😞 Luckily, she has moved her business to Chris Metz in St. Mary’s and couldn’t be happier. He is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

HONESTLY, Be very careful when using Shannon Anderson as your State Farm Agent. The mistakes that have been made with my parents, Dr. Bantug and Martha Bantug’s Auto Policies, have cost them dearly. Cosette’s car which had a loan on it, was not given Collision Coverage. Unheard of and against the policy of the loaning bank. He is not standing behind my parents and admitting his lack of oversight. He is NOT BEING THAT GOOD NEIGHBOR. Dr. Bantug has been with State Farm for 47 years and has never had a problem, ever, until Shannon Anderson took over from Linda Leasure. Beware...

I canceled my insurance after about 7 years never filing a claim. I was never even a single day late with a payment. I told them to turn off the automatic withdrawal, but was charged again. It has been almost two months and I still have not been reimbursed. They can't or won't tell me if or when the check was mailed. I can only imagine how horrible they would be when filing a claim.
