First time visitors. It's a self serve order kiosk, which seems to work well. We chose to eat in and they brought it out to our table which is great. It was busy so the 20 minute wait from order to food was reasonable. We didn't try the shakes but the food was good. Burgers are not huge, which I think is a good thing. Chicken burger was done well with a nice crisp. Crinkle fries were good, but I'm not impressed with the cheese sauce. Tables don't get bussed and the garbage was a bit over stuffed. Parking is limited right in front of the restaurant but plenty more nearby.

Always an amazing experience when I’m here, usually visit this location a few times a month for a meal, or even just a shake. Photos and videos are all our typical orders.

I wanted to grab some dinner on the way home from meeting a client, so I stopped to try out the Shake Shack! I decided to go inside to have additional time to check out the menu and see the inside. There is good seating and a self-serve ordering system for those who choose to use it. It was pretty easy and gave descriptions of items. I ordered the Black Truffle Burger with bacon and cheese fries and a creamsicle float. All were delicious!

During a recent visit to Shake Shack at Alderwood Mall with my mom, we had a fantastic lunch experience. The standout for us was the burger, particularly the perfectly cooked patty, which had a delicious smoky flavor. The fluffy bun added a great texture, complementing the rich flavors of the burger.

While the food was exceptional, the parking situation in front of the store was a bit limited, which could be an inconvenience during peak hours. Overall, though, the quality of the meal made it well worth the visit.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up at this store. When I arrived, my order was already ready—it was very fast. I grabbed my bag, and when I got home and opened it, I noticed that the burgers were completely poorly prepared and badly assembled. I was completely disappointed.

We all know that Shake Shack offers unparalleled quality compared to other burgers in the area and region. I was truly disappointed because we pay a high price expecting quality. If I didn’t care about quality, I could have easily gone to McDonald’s, which would have cost me half the price, but I chose Shake Shack.

And I was shocked by how poorly assembled my burgers were. I think I’ll go a long time without eating at Shake Shack—at least from this location.

...We almost skipped out on the Alderwood Shake Shack due to the low 2.6 reviews, but we're glad we gave them a shot because the food is fresh and absolutely delicious!
Being located next to the mall is a blessing and a curse. They get lots of business which makes it nearly impossible to get a quick meal. But, if you have some time and patience, the food is pretty stellar.
During both of my recent visits the restaurant was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the food was excellent. I must admit I was shocked at both the price of the food and just how good it tasted. The absolute best smash burger around - as it should be for what you end up paying. I spent $40 for two burgers, two fries, and a single drink.
When you have some extra time and extra money, definitely give them a shot.

For the price at a fast food restaurant, the speed of the order was ridiculously slow. Every patron who was seated at a similar time as me had their food 5 or 10 min earlier. Customers who came in after me had their food 4 or 5 times faster. 30 min wait for a shake, fries, and chicken is crazy. 10 min wait after being texted my order was ready is even worse. The food is fine. I like the fries and shake. Chicken isn't as good as other options.

Nice setup they have where you order at the kiosk and tip right away for the service. Then you only need to wait 30+ minutes for your order. The cherry on top is when they forget one item and you have to go back but question whether it's worth it.

But really the service is slow. There were no table numbers at the ordering kiosk and the bins were so full. For what they charge per burger this place is questionable.
