Overall a smooth experience, good service. We booked for RT ticket. They did not have our names on the list, I showed them a print out of the email showing I paid, they added my name to the list and off we went! The ride there was smooth. The next day I received a call letting me know what time to catch the bus and where to sit. Before booking I called a couple of times with questions, agent was very helpful each time.

Keep your expectations low. They will help you only if they decide they want to. Everything was pleasant at first and the agent on the phone sounded pleasant and eager to help me and said he would get back to me with some options after doing his research. I waited a few days and didn't hear back and as my travel dates were fast approaching, I thought I'd follow up. I was told he was not there that day, so I left my name and number for a call back. I did not receive a call the next day either, so I called again and spoke to a man, who I believe was the owner. I asked for the agent by name, gave my info and was told to hold. When he returned, he said the agent was not there -- mind you, this is a small office and all the agent desks are all together and clearly visible. Anyway, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. I then proceeded to tell the owner that I was just waiting for the agent to get back to me as my dates were fast approaching and he just kept rudely interrupting me and wouldn't let me get out a sentence. When I could finally get a word out, the exchange went something like this:
Me: "I spoke to him a few days ago and he said he would get back to me with some options."
Rude dude: "Ok, he will give you call back IF he can help you."
Me: "I would appreciate if he can give me a call back anyway to let me know if he can help me or not as I was depending on him."
Rude dude: "Ok well I can tell you right now he won't be helping you."

Completely unwarranted response and awful business model to rudely push away a client (who would have booked a number of future trips with them and referred clients). It just doesn't make any sense to me and I don't like leaving negative feedback, but I lost days of planning relying on them and want to warn others of making the same mistake.

My suggestion: don't count on them and continue to do your own trip planning, because they may just never call you back.
