This is a hidden gem. I came in for the first time and was amazed by how many delicious options they had to offer. I got the strawberry match latte and it was very refreshing and perfect. The croffle was the best thing ever and the onigiri are very flavorful. It makes me so happy to see Asian food in a small town like Naples. Staff is amazing and so kind. Definitely coming back to try more.

My new favorite place to grab some boba, lunch, or dessert! Went with my husband to grab a quick bite and everything we had was delicious. I loved the atmosphere too, very homey and relaxing, and that they had Japanese snacks to grab on the go. We'll definitely be back! ❀

** Omg, this place is a gem! The drinks are so flavorful, rich but not too sweet. The triangle rice is tasty (spicy beef), tiramisu is fresh and made to order, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE STAFF IS FANTASTIC & BEYOND!! 10 STARS!
** Let me tell you this, those fancy restaurants around are obnoxious , pretentious and the servers/waitresses and staff will judge you by your appearance, but we found that Sendo genuinely treat you like a loyal customer. They are patient, nice, polite, and tentative, they will explain everything on the menu and dont rush you to order, even though we were so close to their closing time. I am so happy this place exists! God bless them!

Absolutely phenomenal! Can’t describe how amazing this place is. We ordered the Banana Caramel Latte. The flavors were so fresh! I have never had boba this delicious before. Hands down most flavorful and high quality drink I’ve had. We will be returning every time I need my boba fix!

EXTRAORDINARY!!!! I feel like that’s one of the words to best describe Sendo De Cafe (and everything June and her amazing team do!!). It’s another gem (like Ichi Togarashi and Tong Yin) that’s so uniquely special. The food, drinks - everything - I’ve tried is delicious! I know everything I haven’t tried yet is too. The atmosphere is bright and cheery, and the service including everyone that works here - just the best of the best. My husband and I feel super proud to have them in our community, and grateful for the many years of visits we have ahead!! I love supporting Sendo De Cafe and know you will too!!!!!

I wanted to love it but I guess if you’re not a popular food & restaurant critic your food will not come as advertised. The onrigiri was a pound of rice and a small dollop of the meat and it was so expensive! The matcha crùme cake literally had no matcha crùme only again like a quarter sized amount that fit in my spoon and the boba was old and stale!! I was SOOO excited to try this place because of all the positive reviews, but I was very disappointed. I drove from the other side of Naples just to try Sendo de Cafe. But just wanted to warn everyone to leave somewhat disappointed. the place is so cool it’s such a vibe! And the workers are incredibly nice! But the food was very disappointing

We stopped in for an afternoon treat while shopping and so glad we did! The Classic Milk Tea with Boba was made perfectly. And the Matcha Cake Roll was delicious! We loved all the pictures of menu items to help us decide what to get. Next time we’ll definitely come for lunch to try more.

The staff was super sweet and welcoming.

It’s just a bit off 5th Ave, so make sure you look for them. It is definitely worth checking out.
