My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect! Nestled in the heart of Sedona, which felt like a charming Hallmark town, this B&B offered unbelievable views of the red rocks. The staff went above and beyond, giving us a personalized map with great recommendations for things to do around the area. The breakfast was incredible, and after long hikes, the hot tub in our room was the perfect way to unwind. We also got to enjoy the clear night skies and stargaze, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for a romantic, relaxing getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and my only regret was only getting one night! We arrived to a self check in and had instructions to walk around the building to our private entrance. We passed a lovely garden with fountains and a water fall on the way to our room! Our room had a beautiful view of Sedona with a private hot tub on the deck. Inside it was very romantic with nice antique furnishings. Breakfast was delicious and the hostesses were very friendly and had a lot of ideas for hikes and restaurants.

The best part of the airbnb were the incredible grounds! There was a private trail to the top of the hillside where one had a great view of Sedona. Next you could hike all the way down to the creek and had a private spot ! Highly recommend Sedona Views B&B and hope to be back !

This is a must stay! Our room was absolutely stunning. We were in the Moonlight & Moonbeams room and it is named accordingly. We had an amazing view of the stars and red rocks from our private balcony. Carol was our attendant at breakfast and she was lovely! Their food is incredible and the presentation is just beautiful! We would not miss the chance to stay here again on our next visit 🩷

Such a lovely, delightful, intimate space to enjoy the beauty of Sedona. Our room was so comfortable, and we loved our private porch and hot tub. Meeting fellow travelers at breakfast was fun, but too much food!

The B&B is located at the upper end of Sedona right off of 89A. It’s convenient to shopping, hiking and restaurants. |Our room was clean and nicely appointed. We had a hot tub on the porch and it was always nice and warm, great after a day of hiking. The staff was always helpful and the food was good. The only disappointment was the that the innkeepers were not present during our stay and no staff was around in the afternoon or evening.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at this incredible place in Sedona. It was the perfect getaway! The property was stunning, our host was amazing, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. We will without a doubt be going back here in the future!!!

We recently stayed in the Sunrise, Sunset room at Sedona Views B&B for 3 nights. The room was very spacious and had all of the amenities we needed, including a very comfortable bed. It was stocked every day with numerous snacks, ice and coffee. The outside space was very large and private, with a nice cozy hot tub and several chairs to enjoy the views. This room looks to the south and east with great views of several red rock vistas. The grounds were very intimate and quaint with the sounds of bubbling water features all around. We enjoyed the unique tasty breakfasts each morning provided by Carol, who also provided us with great advice on where we could go for the days we had in Sedona. Her advice was spot on! The property includes a nice, secluded beach area by Oak Creek just a short walk (or drive, if not up for the walk) just across the street. While we were able to hear some street noise from the highway while on our patio, it did not diminish our experience at all in any way. We would absolutely recommend this B&B to friends and family, it was a very relaxing experience, and although we love children, it was nice just having adults around:)

We have been to many wonderful B&B's across this country. The attention , genuine concern and overwhelming hospitality shown to us by Anne and Carol was superior to all others. My husband is a very picky eater and does not like egg yolks so Ann made sure that each and every gourmet breakfast they prepared for him was made with egg whites only! Carol spent so much time with us at our first breakfast going over every detail of places we should visit. Her suggestions were spot on.The room itself was so clean inside and out.The bedding was so comfy. Every amenity possible was thought of from extra toiletries to the most wonderful makeup mirror I have ever had at any hotel. Fresh cookies and chocolate in the room as well as excellent coffee was left everyday for us to enjoy. The jacuzzi was spotless and so inviting. The fireplace was so perfect afterwards. The premises were just beautifully maintained and the views are spectacular. A private little beach on Oak Creek is nestled in the massive beautiful red rock on the property and seems like a secret hideaway. This was a vacation we will always cherish and remember fondly.
