The birria nacho appetizer was flavorful and the highlight was the fresh cut jalapeños. If you prefer your clam chowder with bacon and a hint of smoke flavor, this one is for you, The Italian grinder sandwich was tasty with quality meat however, a little more quantity would’ve taken it over the top. Fresh cut fries and a better quality ketchup would really set them apart. The old fashioned was smooth and balanced. Overall, a great experience and we will return.

2025.01.20 First Time Visiting

Wow. Really hit the road-trip-crave-of-food-craves spot.
Ordered up the clam chowder bowl as an appetizer. Rich. Creamy. Nice, big serving (12 oz). Tons of bacon bits. Rich enough that I changed my mind about having a burger and fries. Opted instead for street tacos with shrimp and the aioli on the side. Delicious! Oh, how I've missed cilantro (husband is "allergic" to it so I seldom ever get to have it). But the flavors transported me back to my Mexican food truck days of my college years in CA. Tons of chips, plus plenty of tacos to fill me up. The shrimp was juicy and I liked it that the corn tortillas had soaked up some of the juices.
Husband had the Grill Burger with regular fries and swapped out the raw onions with caramelized onions. He gave his meal an enthusiastic two thumbs up.

Atmosphere is great. High-end sports bar style. Lots of booth and table seating options. The brick walls are the original walls from the 1800s. Place was close to fully packed when we got here at 12:15 PM on a holiday (for most) Monday.

Our server, Bella, was wonderful. Kind. Patient. Attentive.

I've never had a bad meal here. The service has always been great. Only one have they forgotten an item for a Togo order and when I called they not only gave me the item, but also upgraded it to a large. The staff is very friendly and patient, even when dealing with rowdy children. The drinks are strong and worth checking out. I recommend this place to everyone.

We had the best meal and experience here last night. Our waitress was a total gem and took the best care of our table of 13. Seriously, best server ever, she made our evening! I forget her name, but she is the one who thinks ketchup is spicy and she had strawberry blonde hair 🙂 All of our food tasted so good and we loved sharing many appetizers. Complements to the chef! Each of us had a favorite appetizer but the crab stuffed mushrooms and the Bavarian pretzel, which was huge were standouts! Every single person in our party enjoyed their meal. The drinks were so good. The Cider with honey was delightful. Highly recommend!!

Food is good and the atmosphere has a mix of sports bar and slightly stuffy tension. The staff works hard for sure but quickly get overwhelmed. Was quick to get service up front but the middle and end of experience slipped.
It's fine for a one time experience.

Very inviting patio and dog friendly! Our dog was the star - I think at some point the entire staff came to visit her. The food was delicious as were the margaritas. My husband loved the old fashioneds. I had the Santa Fe salad and hubby had the banh mi - delicious!

It’s always amazing when we come here. They said 30 min wait but only took 15 if that. Waiter was great took our order and got everything out to us fast. Never went out with drinks. Everyone loved what they got. Serving portions were perfect. Going home with just enough for a midnight snack. Will be back hands down!!

This is one of our favorite weekend lunch go-tos. We love the atmosphere at 2nd Street. It is warm and inviting, and the energy is positive. My hubby and I really enjoy the noodle bowls, and we appreciate that the kitchen is willing to split it for us as the portions are large. The beer selection is fantastic, and they are frequently bringing in a variety of local craft beers. The staff are attentive and friendly, and service is speedy but not rushed. Parking can be tricky, so plan to arrive early if you are meeting friends or need to be in and out quickly. Highly recommend visiting here!
