I typically hold back from leaving negative reviews but I feel inclined to warn anyone considering this hotel. I'm currently staying at the Marriott Bellevue for a dance competition.||The rooms are extremely compact here, leaving very little room to comfortable live. Secondly, parking is not included in your stay. One of the so call amenities is discounted parking at a parking garage which is offsite. You will still be charged at minimum of $10 per night if you get it validated. If you go the other option and get the valet service then it is up to $45/night. Marriott looking to add to you bill. Third, room service/house keeping services are non-existent. We are going on day two without house keeping showing up, we requested for them to come the second day at a specific time when we weren't going to be in room and they ended up coming an extra two hours earlier. Fourth, has to be the overall price of the room. 1st night is over $400 and the next two evenings are at the "room rate" for the dance competition. Fifth, there are zero amenities for families (No pool / No Snacks / No Breakfast). Sixth, no free wifi, I'm a Bonvoy member and so this will technically be comped but still I have to go through the hassle.||This has by far been the worst hotel experience I've ever seen. I would save your money and go to a real hotel that is Hampton, Hilton, or best I've seen Embassy Suites Bellevue (pool, wifi, breakfast, great rooms included). I only stayed at this specific Marriott because it's close to the dance competition. I probably spent less money for a better experience and just commuted. You live and you learn.

The rooms and service were just okay. I was a little disappointed that breakfast was advertised but their actually wasn't a breakfast included with my stay. There was an offer in the app to add a free breakfast with your stay but apparently that needed to be added when booking the hotel.

Only valet parking available at the hotel for an additional cost and the self parking was available at a parking garage on the next block over--also not included with the hotel but only $10 after the hotel validates the parking.
There was also a shampoo conditioner dispenser in my room that was empty, so seems like they are just not focused on the details.

Overall, the rooms were fine and gave me a place to sleep. The service was a bit lack luster though and for a place like Bellevue, I was expecting there to be a bit more included with my stay.

I stayed for four nights in December and immediately noticed that the rooms were decent, with what seemed to be identical sizes across all rooms. The high-rise location offers great views, and the lobby is beautifully decorated with Christmas spirits.

The breakfast area is the largest I’ve ever seen in a hotel—it’s absolutely massive! They also provide snacks throughout the day, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the spacious dining area with your family. It even feels like the perfect setting for playing a board game. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Rooms are modern but there is no good place to put your luggage since the provided space is also the hanging closet and they interfere with eachither. Not impressed with the design which is a shame because you can tell they recently renovated.

Hotel is quite modern with a very spacious lobby and bar area. The rooms are a bit stark but nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Room was serviced every day and it was done thoroughly. Shower is a good size. I found the room nice and quiet. Warning 3rd floor rooms with odd numbers overlook massive air conditioner units so no view whatsoever. Maybe that is why I could not get service on my phone... had to go down to the lobby to make calls.

Went to a daytime seminar with an outstanding buffet luncheon. A wide variety of delicious foods. Service was excellent. The valet parking team was very friendly and efficient. Great place for a meeting....oh yes, beautiful facilities.

Rooms are nice and staff is nice too. Gym is also large with quite a bit of equipment. The M club could use some work though on selection. Nothing particularly special.

Front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. 2 things.

1 - Front desk did not give me the room (king bed business deluxe) I booked which I paid extra for, but a queen double bed room. After asking her if I could get what I booked, there’s no apology and just simply put as “hotel was at capacity”.
2 - when I checked in I said I might need to shorten my stay as my meetings would get done a day early than expected so was planning to head home one day earlier. She said it’s totally fine and just let them know when I decide. I informed her 3 nights before my actual last day, nothing was mentioned. However when I checked out, I was charged an “early departure fee” of $300 including tax. Really? I informed and checked out way early enough and got no courtesy of doing this. I asked to speak to the manager to clarify the timeline and the previous communication I had with the front desk lady, but was told she’s too busy. Extremely disappointing experience and won’t be going back again. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with Marriott - or any hotel, even being a Bonvoy member. Lesson learned with this place - avoid at all cost.
