I stayed in SeaTac Inn at 13 Oct 2024 and I would like leave a trace. This Inn location is good because near to Tacoma airport and the price also affordable and they give free shuttle too. If there is no trouble with the phone line, you can use the free phone service in the Courtesy vehicle area to call the hotel for the pickup, but unfortunately the phone was not work on that date so we decided to use Uber to reach this Inn.About this Inn, I can say it is pretty comfy for your overnight stay especially if you have early morning flight. Even the Inn look dated but everything is work, just the door is not easy to open for me but if airconditioner and the warm water for bath are work so no problem because this Inn is pretty clean.The front desk staff also very helpfull.

After a missed flight we decided to stay here instead of spending the night in the airport and it was the perfect solution. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was great and the service was friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you!

You don't get what you don't pay for. Booked this room because it was cheap and reviews weren't too bad, and it was overnight and an early flight. I got into Seattle with my young adult daughter, who had a 4 hour layover before she headed home, while I waited for my husband to get in from AK, and then we fly out in the morning. Anyway, my daughter went with me to check in. The check-in was interesting, nothing terrible, just no real hospitality from man at counter. Check-in was all old school paper, no electronic anything. We made it up the rickety steps to the outside second floor and to the room. Um, they tried. I guess it was clean. There's a good-sized fridge and microwave and a chair. We checked for bedbugs because it gave that vibe but couldn't find any, so that was a plus. The bed.... sheets were clean but well worn , mattress was basically this foam over springs, I didn't use the pillow, bedspread was straight outta the 80s floral polyester. I determined that it would be OK with my husband there, but if it was just my daughter and I, no. We stayed about an hour, then walked back to airport for her flight and I decided that it would be safer for me to wait downtown until my husband came in at 10:30pm. I met him at the airport and we walked back to the hotel together and I'm so glad I didn't stay there by myself because there were 2 men standing outside a few rooms down from mine and it kinda gave me weird uh,oh vibes,like they were waiting. It could've all been innocent but it was unsettling none the less. Back to the room, specifically the bathroom. Old cheap fixtures, no drain cover in tub, thin rough towels, newly spackled and painted including the back of the door, yes the door was spackled( see photos). My husband also noticed a 3/4 in gap between air unit and wall which meant we could see directly outside and vice versa ( see photo - vertical lines is outside of perpendicular building). We were able to use the shuttle service in the morning but not before my husband slipped down a few steps before catching himself. If you're used to staying in low-end motels then by all means stay here but it just reminded my husband and I of growing up poor, it was humbling for sure and we'd rather not go back to that or this motel.

Only 0.7 miles from SEA airport, shuttle service is great, pick up at Courtesy Vehicles level 3 parking, just need to call hotel number.
Sounds proof not good, room is basic but clean, small refrigerator and microwave in the room, engineer wood floor, ice machine for water, coffee machine in check in area. Front desk and driver are very nice. Nearby “ Denny “ restaurant.

We booked this hotel because we were flying in to Seattle pretty late at night. We landed at about midnight & they sent us a shuttle over. The room was clean & really nice, it was huge but there was only one bed. The price was good, no shampoo or conditioner only a bar of soap. Also the guy at the front desk called me a taxi the following morning (to go downtown) & it was super expensive, he called one of his buddies. Next time use uber or Lyft. Over all comfy hotel room.

Owner are trying to run this motel into the ground with lack of maintenance and accommodating behavior.

We reserved 3 double bed rooms months in advance only to show up and they sold our rooms out from under us. We instead received there last 2 single bed rooms and 1 double with 6 grown men to share. Our room #217 litterly had the bathroom door rotted off the hinges. Ceiling has water damage, laminate floors had water damage. Even after showing our confirmation # with the correct reserved rooms they would not give us discount and instead told us to leave if we would not pay full price. Mind you it was midnight and our plane took off at 7am so we had no other options. Bad people! Bad motel! Do not support!

Positive: Not much, the room was kinda clean. The pool paint job.?.well a five year old could do better. Negative: We asked for clean towels each day, they did not collect the old towel. We noticed after a day the towels turned PINK, which means staff!!
