I just got back from the Sea Gypsy and from the price to the stay everything was wonderful. The price was super reasonable we had killer views. The condo has everything you need to not spend a fortune eating out. The only concerning things I had was the floors are very uneven which made me question the integrity of the building and the pool was super cold. I was told by the front desk there was a hot tub but the only place that looked like a hot tub was connected to the pool and it was freezing. We didn't go in, I could see kids not caring about that though lol

Outside of that we will be back, thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a really pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to local attractions and public transport. The host was very responsive and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. The space itself was clean and well-maintained, though I think it could benefit from a few small updates to make it feel even more comfortable like bedsheets had few stains. Also provided a recommendation to the host regarding a spotlight outside the building to enjoy beach view during nights. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Nice stay at Sea Gypsy--our second time. We like the second floor units for the view, I suspect the sliders on the main floor might let in a bit more noise. Off season is a great time to go, excellent price, all the shops and restaurants are open and not crowded. Each unit that we've stayed in has a master suite toward the parking lot side of the building and either another bed or a hideabed in the 'living room' on the beach side. Decent kitchens, although a few more utensils would make the stay nicer. Maintenance in the units is very good, with no issues there at all. We've spent a week there for each of our two visits and will keep this on our list in the future! Staff is very attentive and did a great job with reservations, keeping us informed on storms/weather hazards, and the overall cleanliness of the unit.

I've stayed her before and was disappointed that the rocking/recliner chair in the Livingroom has not been replaced. THIS CHAIR IS TIRED!! The seat almost sinks to the floor and I am not an overweight person either. There is also a vintage chest below the sink in the bedroom bathroom that should not be there. It is hard to stand at the sink and not bang your fresh manicured toes on it. There are lots of other storage options for under the sink and the old vintage chest sticks out too much and has no purpose at all. The light fixture on the left side of the bed has an issue, the bottom bulb does not turn off and you have to pull out the chair to get to the wall behind it and unplug it then plug it back in to reset it. Just don't tap it by accident or you will have to unplug it again, I believe the bulb is not the correct one for it, might need a 3 way bulb. With all this said, I must say that everything else was very comfortable including the bed where we got a good night's rest each night which is a big deal for us. I would love to book this condo again and would like for the chair in the Livingroom to be replaced to give us a much needed and more comfortable feel if you really care about your guests.

If you plan to use the pool on your vacation call ahead of time to check if it is working.
We booked 109, boasting the best location to enjoy the pool. As we were going to enjoy our 6 yr old's birthday, this was a perfect location.
It would have been, had the pool been at all heated. It was cold as a river and they offered no future stay discount or compensation because "it is still open"
We specifically booked here for the heated pool option for our kiddo. It was a let down for sure.
Maintenance said it had been down for weeks, ample time to fix the issue or email upcoming guests to let them know about amenity changes.
Overall, decent place if you do not plan to use pool or need anything fancy. Beach access is unmatched, but I bet we can find that elsewhere where they keep up on amenities working properly.
We left their and booked across the street at the Comfort Inn, the pool and hot tub were PERFECT, maintenance was actively checking ph levels in the pool and hot tub while we were there and clearly cared about their customers stay quality. They had fresh cookies at 3pm and breakfast, they even had a free dinner the night we stayed. They had great customer service and I could still see/hear the ocean from our room.

Front row seats for the king tide! Room was fantastic. Sat for hours enjoying the waves. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. The bed was comfortable and the stairs to the unit were not a problem. Already booked a trip for next year with my sisters from out of state!

The Sea Gypsy is great, with wonderful views of the nearby ocean from every room. I recommend the 3rd floor for the best views if you don't mind the 32 steps (no elevator). However, avoid Room 325 because 1/3 of the front window is blotched with black dots that are INSIDE the glass and so cannot be wiped off. It really partially ruins the view which, after all, is the reason why you're staying there. Other than that, everything at Sea Gypsy was fine. They have a 4pm check in but I arrived at 2pm and since the room had been cleaned, they allowed me early access without charging me. The girls at the office front desk were VERY helpful! I stayed a few days and I was going to leave on a Sunday but they offered me 1/2 off if I stayed until Monday (they said it made it easier for their cleaners since most people leave on Sunday). All in all, a great stay, except for the window, which also didn't have screens. I noticed that other units DID have screens. Also, the beds in #325 were VERY soft. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied, furniture was in good shape, etc.

King bed was very comfortable. View is outstanding. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall the condo was wonderful and very comfortable for three friends. We enjoyed it and planning to rent it again in the near future.The only thing that we had trouble with was keyless entry when we got there The person on site was very prompt and helpful. The rest of the stay we were fine.
