This place is great if you don't mind thieves, drug addicts, tranny hookers, squatters and bug infestations. I'd say pay an extra $10 for a better motel. Because if you can't pay the ridiculous rates that the manager comes up with at the top of his head, he will proposition you for sex.

Pay $300 a week for the studio,I pay no electricity,I pay for no water, I have free cable, comes with queen size bed, a table and 2 chairs, small microwave, small fridge, 3 big drawers cabinet, bathroom could be cleaned up much better which I been doing and some areas need fixing in the bathroom, it's very close to my job which is why I stay there until I can find better or save enough to move out...

Do not stay even for free. No heater plugs don't work no hot water for shaving rooms needs paint. Could go on, gave room too homeless woman. You have been warned

This place was the nastiest thing I have ever saw. The rug was sticky with fluids, the pillows were stained, AC unit was in pieces, black mold growing and no hot water. I made a report to the health department.

At $80 a night I can't just checking for an evening have a shower check out I don't know if it's cuz I drink beer and smoke pot where I sit every time I check out I get harassed by an officer or my stuff stolen same goes for the other smaller hotel nice to be able to check it out without complaint reviews shower

This place is so disgusting. The carpet is caked with filth, there was no cover on the air conditioning unit in the room, the pillows and sheets were dirty, no hot water and knocks on the door at night by people looking to buy drugs. This place is NASTY.

This motel has been mine and my husband home for 3+ years very quite and clean no bugs never had a problem that wasn't fixable my nabors are very quite and clean thanks for letting us live here😍🤗

Absolutely love this place. In such a perfect location, friendly service, unique design. It feels cozy and homey, I could stay for months. Most likely the best place to stay in Casa grande, and close to downtown and such. Love!
