I do have to admit that this was my first time dining here. It was a Fish Fry, but the main items on the menu were also available. Seeing it was put on by Saz's the fish both fried and baked was quite good. If the service staff was all Sazes or the club I'm not sure but it could have been better. Checking in on our table with a little more constancy would have been good. And when we arrived it was way before the rush that did come as we were leaving. The item that was the biggest letdown was the bar. The choice of beers local, domestic, or otherwise was thin. The liquor choice for cocktails was bad. My martini besides being barely on the cold side was a little harsh. I wanted to change my vodka but they only had Tito's. I still wanted another so I just had to go with it. I like it shaken for taste and how cold you can get it. My second was barely colder and just as harsh. My daughter had a Manhattan and she thought it was off also. I kind of get it as this is a country club and not a dedicated restaurant bar. Would I return for things like this? Yes, I would just stick to having a Coke with my meal.

Saz's catered our daughter's reception at the Fish Hatchery and everything was perfect! We had hand served apps and dinner served family style. All the food was excellent and Chris and Sara were wonderful to work with. Thank you both for all your help!

They catered our wedding in June of 2021 and it was excellent! Joe was awesome and very helpful!

The food left a lot to be desired.
Ribs dry and fatty. Chicken had no taste.
Very disappointing for a nice golf outing.
Not recommended to hire for catering. The service was good.
