For the area, this has to be one of the nicest establishments with well prepared and high-quality cuisine. However, that being said, the price per portion size seems to be a little more than one would expect. For example, my date and I ordered the rib eye special for two, expecting either two individual portions of rib eye or one large one for splitting. Instead, having paid the a higher thwn expected price for the meal, we were met with somewhat of a disappointment in portion size. The rib eye was fairly small in size as well as its accompaniment of mashed potatoes and asparagus. That being said, though, the meal was fantastic in taste! The rib eye was cooked to perfection at a perfect medium rare with a little pink, and potatoes were warm and creamy. Our drinks were also fantastic. The huckleberry lemonade was to die for! All in all, it was pa pleasant dining experience! Highly recommended!

Came here for dinner after work with some coworkers. I had the Orecchiette pasta but requested no pasta, instead with extra broccoli (keto friendly version), and they were happy to accommodate. 🙂 The sauce was delicious, and the sausage was flavorful. My coworkers had the chicken marsala and chicken Alfredo. They both devoured their meals! We ate downstairs in the speak easy lounge. Cool atmosphere, very friendly staff. Our server, Asia, was on top of the drink refills, which was nice because my coworkers were thirsty! 😅

I wanted to try this fine dining establishment after many rants and raves from the locals. I chose my birthday of all days to do so and I am so pleased with my decision! The host welcomed my husband and I with a smile, let us know what the specials of the evening were then sat us at a table in their downstairs dining room. We were greeted by our server, Asia who was friendly and prompt to take our drink and entree orders. We started with the Black Pan Mushroom Fondue which was hot and full of flavor. For my entree I selected the special of the day which was Maine Scallops with Saffron rice, broccolini in a creamy sauce. Absolutely delectable! We chose the Dark Chocolate Flourless Cake for dessert and the hostess remembered we were celebrating a birthday so she brought out our desert and a big sparkler fountain! Such a spectacular touch to the already excellent experience we had. I am very pleased with Sauté on Sixth and now understand why the locals speak so highly of it! Thank you Sauté on Sixth staff for making this a wonderful birthday dinner.

Best burger I've ever had 💛 went here for a birthday dinner and it was excellent. The mushroom fondue and shrimp crostini was also amazing. Huckleberry mule and huckleberry margherita were so good. Our server was very kind and attentive.

I would actually give it 4 1/2 stars.
My peppercorn pork chop was slightly over whelmed with the peppercorn and that’s where the missing half star went.
Everything thing else we had was amazing!
From the Chef’s selection appetizer, my girlfriends Orecchiette pasta, to our desserts. My Apple rhubarb and her Espresso crème Brûlée, all near perfect!
How rude of me to not mention the amazing staff to start, very friendly and always knew the right time to stop by the table.
Looking forward to our next visit!

It's still hard to believe this level of culinary experience is available in the Lewis Clark Valley, or anywhere within 250 miles for that matter. This beats or is on par with the best a place like Vegas has to offer. Momofuku, Hells Kitchen, Saute on 6th--all the same top level. There is a chef that should be a celebrity living right here, and I don't think enough people realize what they have right under their noses. Does Da'Vinci live in your home town? He lives in ours!

Excellent service, dinner was even better. We had the Chefs special, Redrock fish, I'm not a fan of fish, unless its shark or Salmon but this was so delicious and cooked perfectly. If your within a 100 miles you have to stop here. Thanks
