Look, the easiest way to say this is you must try this place. The geniuses behind the sandwiches, the flavors, and all the different pairings is simply an orgasm in your mouth.

I say that because we originally were going to only have one sandwich, which was the pork belly sandwich and head down the street to try a different restaurant for fish and chips.

After we had that first sandwich we were like yeah no we're staying here and getting a second sandwich so that we can try another burst of flavor.

The individuals creating the sandwiches and taking our orders were the owners of the shop. Both people were super friendly, answered any questions that we had regarding the sandwiches, and we actually bonded over the fact that one of them was a California native.

The shop itself is super chill and laid back. There is seating inside on countertops and there's even outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the Sun. I would suggest sitting inside because you get more of a chance to talk with the owner and his fabulous co-partner.

Again, you must try this place it is so so so good

Sauce Nouvelle is an 11/10. The guys were very hospitable. It was my first time at the shop. They helped me make a decision on which sandwich to order (kiwi pesto pork), and they made me feel comfortable with my gluten allergy. The flavors are so inventive, and they switch it up every few weeks. I can’t wait to return to see what they’re cooking up!

Absolutely the best meal I’ve had in a long time. I had the veggie sandwich and was blown away by how delicious and flavorful everything was. We had the pleasure to try a new creation and it was by far nothing short of spectacular. I will definitely be back.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had hands down. Not an overreact as they make their sandwiches burst with flavor. I love that they don’t use cold cuts but natural tender meats. I got the Corn Relish Corn Beef Sandwich and the Mustard BBQ Pork Belly. Absolute must try! The pork belly and corned beef was extremely tender and barely had to chew! Shoutout to Brandon who was super friendly and interpersonal as I am visiting Bainbridge from Southern California. Coming back here every time I visit Bainbridge.

Food was fantastic! We came as a group and got almost the whole menu. Loved it all. The seasonal mushroom soup was a rich in flavor but still light in body. The sandwiches were all perfect, accentuating different flavor profiles on some awesome ciabatta bread. It was soft and fluffy! Not dry like some ciabatta bread can be. Corned beef sandwich was amazing! The salad was bright and hearty too. Oh and the strawberry cookie was a surprise favorite too!

Nicolas and Brandon (chefs and owners) were so genuine and sincere with us and other customers that came in. When you have people this passionate about what they're doing, it shows! They use some awesome food science techniques to really make some unique dishes. Awesome service, samples of food, what are you waiting for?

Atmosphere: you're right in the open air mall, a perfect place for a summer stop. Interior is intimate and from what I understand, still in development. This place is pretty new and they are bringing some changes as they go. Give it a try!

We tried their cod baguette. It was about to launch and we were the first to try. The owner is really kind. We loved the sandwich and their service as well. Highly recommended!!

Super yummy! I got the corned beef sandwich and every bite was soooo delicious and juicy (sandwich wasso good i forgot to take a picture of it before digging in). I would definitely come back to try another sandwich 😊😊

best sandwich i’ve had in a long time. such creative & unique ingredient pairings! we got:
- peach roasted spiced chicken sandwich
- corn relish corn beef sandwich (which had a mangosteen mango chutney)
- candy cane chocolate chip cookie

they were so sweet here and even gave us an extra side salad (spring mix salad with hibiscus salad) that they made! would highly recommend.
