Kim and her team at Sapphire Catering Services are a top-notch option for your catering needs. We had a group of 200 football team families and opted for a barbecue menu of beef, chicken, mac-n-cheese, vegetarian options, and more — the food was so delicious and plentiful. Their service was professional and seamless…they got everyone through the food serving lines quickly and brought everything for set up and service with them, which made our lives easier with so much to consider when planning and executing an event. Can’t recommend them enough!

I researched and contacted several catering companies for our employee holiday lunch and finally decided on Sapphire Catering. I am so happy I found them. Food was delicious. Service was superb. A week after the event I still had employees who have been with the company for years telling me that was the best holiday lunch they ever had. This was the first one I ever planned so Sapphire made me look great . They have several menu options to choose from and were very accommodating. They will definitely be my go to caterer for future events. I cant wait to try more of their food through their Wednesday drive thru dinners option when that starts!

Highly recommend this catering company! Their food is delicious and very reasonable prices. Always extremely pleased with the meals we get from Sapphire- it's a welcome end to the work week to get an amazing brisket or other unique dish for dinner.

The portions are perfect for our growing family and there is ample variety week to week so we're often discovering something new!

I had Sapphire cater my wedding in Strawberry, AZ and could not recommend them more! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and my guests couldn’t stop talking about the amazing salad and entrees (we almost didn’t leave room for cake!). Kim was amazing with all of the reschedules my event had and was a great partner!

We chose Sapphire Catering for our son's Groom's Dinner. Kim worked with us extensively as the number of meals changed more than once because of Covid. They showed up at exactly the right time and served appetizers, a great salad and Hawaiian BBQ that was absolutely delicious. We actually ordered less meals than there were people at the event as children were not counted by the other parents, Sapphire made it work! After the dinner, everyone was highly complimentary of the food. Morgan the Chef outdid himself. We could not give a higher recommendation to Sapphire. We would use them again without hesitation.

Fast, friendly and professional service. My food was amazing. Hot, seasoned perfectly, moist, tender and my kids liked it and they are very picky. The smoked meats were excellent!

Friday night specials are 4-star restaurant quality. But don't expect the tiny servings you get at fancy restaurants, the meal for 2/easily feeds 4 - with leftovers! If you're a meat and potato lover, they've got you covered.
