Located on the promenade and walking distance to Broadway Street, makes this site ideal for special area events or just for a getaway. My wife and I have traveled worldwide, thus having a clean and nice place to enjoy the stay is prime. ||Each condo has two bedrooms and may have a sleeper sofa. Each one is unique and privately owned, therefore you have a variety of choices of style and color mix. We stayed several days at unit 306, which has been remodeled. Definitely we are booking it for future visits. Matter of fact we loved it so much we statyed an extra day.||Unit 306 is tastefully decorated for a discriminating taste and for a splurging fling... yet at an affordable rate. Watching the sunset from the balcony after a full day of fun at the coast... priceless. Your favorite tea, wine, champagne, or favorite company becomes a cherished memory.

Unit 400: Found another critique from 7 months ago. Unit is clean, but most of the same issues are still here. Broken window in Master bedroom (cold air coming in), cracks in ceiling, wall paper in bathrooms peeling off, rust in ventilation grates, baseboards in disrepair. Curtains will not close properly. Basically an eyesore. Disappointed with this unit, considering the amount of money they are charging. It's a misrepresentation for this particular one. I will say the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We stayed here a couple of years ago on the second floor, it was amazing, very nice, that's why we came back.

Sand and Seas staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great. The room (218) was not great. 5 chairs for 6 people and one chair was ready to break, bathroom had rusting vent, shower rod, etc. White duck tape around the tub. The light fixture had been changed but not patched or repainted. The whole unit needed painting. Deck furniture chipped. Newer washer and dryer. But other furnishings were old and not in good shape. Needed a remodel. We stayed in another unit last year and it was very nice. Will not stay in this unit again.

We had a great holiday weekend stay here. Very close to both the beach and downtown. It's evident that the new owners are doing a lot of work to update/modernize the units (the building is 50 years old). Some issues we encountered were minor: 1) bathroom ventilation not working; 2) some windows wouldn't open. However, they are doing a lot of improvements, so I suspect these issues are short lived. Our kids loved the pool. The Osprey Cafe down the street is worth the walk for breakfast and lunch.

We'd stay here again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in good shape. It is showing its age here and there but it is clean and everything works well. The view is great. Plenty of puzzles to keep you busy, if like puzzles.

We had a wonderful experience at Sand & Sea 508. We had actually booked a different room, but was contacted over a month ahead and they let us know work would be going on in that unit, and offering us a higher floor room. Bonus!

There was a problem with the TV when we got there, and I texted and asked if there was a manual somewhere we could look at. About 20 minutes later someone came up and fixed it in about two minutes. Incredible service!

Truly an unexpected delight upon arrival. The price while higher is warranted for what you receive. Full living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and separate bedroom. I was unable to take advantage of the sauna or indoor pool due to my own time constraints. On site parking, quick check in with helpful staff and unbeatable views on the beach side will leave this getaway destination on top of anyone's favorites list. Skip the roadside one room motel and treat yourself to an exemplary stay while at our amazing coast.

We stayed in the same unit (508) 3 years ago and we were so impressed with the upgrades that were made! My only suggestions are 1. Put some blackout curtains on the small window in the 2nd bedroom, the light shines right through the shade. And 2. Keep all the stuff for the coffee maker together! We didn’t find the k-cup insert until the day we were leaving. But overall it’s fantastic and we will for sure stay there again.
