We got married here this last weekend and it was the best decision we could have possibly made. Jen and Derek were kind and accommodating. The food throughout the weekend was incredible, including our wedding cake (included!) which was beautiful and loved by all guests. The photo opportunities are endless as you’re constantly surrounded by beauty. We used the farmhouse, redwood grove, and barrel room which each provide unique but cohesive backdrops to create a vintage, whimsical, peaceful feel and look. With the team they provide I did not have to lift a finger on my wedding day and just got to enjoy the beauty of the day. We will certainly be spending some anniversaries as guests at the bed and breakfast. Thank you Jen and Derek for a wonderful venue and experience. Truly magical!

Incredible Wedding Venue with Exceptional Staff – Highly Recommend Sand Rock Farm!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding experience at Sand Rock Farm. Renting the property for two nights made the entire celebration feel like a relaxing getaway. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The lodging was spotless, comfortable, and cozy, with the fireplace always lit to keep the space warm and inviting. The background music throughout the property created a calming and peaceful atmosphere, and the constant availability of water and coffee was a thoughtful touch.

The food was absolutely incredible! The breakfast and lunch on our wedding day were delicious – I’m still thinking about the perfectly cooked eggs, the flavorful chicken salad, and the toasted croissants. The dessert was equally amazing. We chose cupcakes, and they were absolutely delicious – perfectly moist and flavorful, even days later.

The ceremony setup was stunning, and we chose to host our dinner and reception in the Barrel Room – it was breathtaking. Jen and her staff were phenomenal. Jen was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Her team handled the setup and cleanup flawlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment.

A huge shoutout to Cheryl, our wedding day coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic. She guided us through the rehearsal with ease and took care of every detail on the wedding day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Aryela, the assistant coordinator, was also wonderful—both were incredibly professional and attentive, making sure there were no major issues or hiccups.

We can’t recommend Sand Rock Farm, Jen, Cheryl, Aryela, and the entire team enough. The beautiful setting, exceptional service, and warm hospitality made our wedding truly magical. If you’re looking for a venue that offers both charm and outstanding service, this is the place!

So I’m friends with the owners and I have to tell everyone that this place is one the best place I’ve been too. The rooms are so old fashioned, the location in the forest is amazing, and they make amazing food. Maybe the food is different as I am a staff but I recommend staying here if you need a break from life.

Came with family who all stayed at this lovely B&B to attend a wedding. It is a beautiful historic property with quite comfortable accommodations and the most delicious breakfasts. Would 💯 recommend to any smallish group (we had 19 including children). Staff was friendly, eager to help yet allowed us spaces to be together and just relax. Completely satisfied.

I am still pinching myself that we were able to have our wedding at Sand Rock Farm. Sand Rock Farm is truly such a magical place! Jen and Derek are amazing and you can tell they truly love the property and being incredible hosts. Whether you are staying at a room in Sand Rock Farm or attending a wedding there, you will be treated to impeccable service and hospitality, all in an enchanting setting. I first found Sand Rock Farm when looking for redwood wedding venues in the Bay Area, but I immediately fell in love with the ceiling-less barrel room instead. The beautiful old stone walls are covered with ivy and string lights strung across complete the effect. The barrel room is hands down my favorite part of the venue, but literally everywhere you walk is picturesque. There’s charming furniture in the bed and breakfast, an arch covered with wisteria vines, a garden filled with beautiful old-fashioned garden roses, and so much more.

We had our intimate (less than 30 people!) ceremony and reception in the barrel room and Derek catered the food… which was incredible! I’m a wedding photographer, so I have actually had quite a bit of wedding dinners, but I would have to say our wedding dinner was the best I have ever had!! The flavors were amazing, everything was cooked perfectly. All of our guests raved about the food, especially my grandmother who literally said she had never had a better meal in her life. I cannot recommend Sand Rock Farm enough and highly highly recommend having your intimate wedding there!! It was perfect and a huge part of the best weekend of our lives. Thank you Jen and Derek!! You guys are amazing!!

What an incredible place Sand Rock Farm is. My husband and I were fortunate enough to be married here and cannot say enough wonderful things about the property and people at Sand Rock Farm Bed and Breakfast. From the moment we toured, we knew we had found something very special. Not only is every space unique, it is beautifully maintained and absolutely stunning. Jen and Derek were so welcoming and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process, as were all the incredible vendors they brought on board along the way including Eileen and Sonia from E Events, our talented florist Amanda and Five Star Catering. Everyone we encountered was professional, warm, fun and easy to communicate with. As if that weren't enough, our stay in the B&B the weekend of our wedding exceeded any and all expectations. The house is so charming and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Our wedding was more wonderful than we could have imagined and so memorable, our guests are still commenting on how amazing Sand Rock Farm is! For those reasons and so many more, we'd like to extend our sincere thanks to Jen and Derek for their hard work, dedication, kindness, and for sharing this incredibly special place with others so it can become part of our story. We'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene weekend away or wedding celebration.

My husband and I recently got married at the Sand Rock Farm, and our entire wedding party stayed there the weekend of our wedding. Kris did an outstanding job helping us to plan our wedding. She was very prompt and organized and had a lot of connections to local vendors. She was very experienced in the ins and outs of planning a wedding and was a helpful resource throughout the process. Our actual wedding was so magical...the venue is truly one of a kind. And the inn was a wonderful place to stay, both for us and for our wedding party. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, delicious food, plus so much fun to be staying at our wedding location with our closest friends and family! We would highly recommend Sand Rock Farm, both as a beautiful and relaxing place to stay and as an amazing place to get married.
