It was still the off season, so it was easy to get reservations. It was very quiet, far enough away from the RR tracks that run right through Benson (& have LOTS of trains, 24/7), as well as far enough away from the interstate, to not be bothered by noise from either. There was a nice laundry on site, as well as an activity room that had daily activities that you could participate in. Very convenient to Tombstone, Bisbee, Willcox, Chiricahua, Tucson, Saguaro National Park, Tubac...all are nice day trips from Benson. Would stay there again.

I was part of a craft and vendor show that's held every 2nd Saturday of the month. Lots of vendors with great items! In January, I'll have crocheted items plus Pampered Chef products for sale.

My friend lives here. It is a WONDERFUL community. There is an indoor swimming pool and a 2nd pool that is outdoor. There is a club house and they have organized activities/functions. Can do long-term trailer space rental or bring your RV for short time or long time rental.

This park used to be very nice now you drive through some of the homes have so much garbage in the yards and junk it looks terrible and also almost the whole park has weeds that are 2 very tall. The manager has been told and he don't seem to care

Peaceful, well-maintained RV park with lots of permanent park models. Fenced dog park, one indoor pool and spa, and a second outdoor pool. Lots of things to do within 60 mile radius. Convenience store next door with two fast food counters inside. Great walking trails, and mountain views all around.

We had a wonderful 2 month stay here. Excellent prices. Allowed us to get to numerous hiking, birding, and sightseeing areas.

Nice walking areas in the washes behind the resort, regular 4 mile loop, as well as an approximate 1.5 mile loop if you stay within the community.

Sherry (sp?) is the best to deal with in the office. Very pleasant.
