Not what I expected, it was better. 2 blocks from downtown, a real hidden gem. The staff, was wonderful and helpful. You are about 15 miles from everything. I would recommend this place to everyone, we will come back every time we visit. Thank you for you hospitality.

Possibly the only 5 star review I've ever given. This hotel is the perfect place to stay for a family on a budget. We've stayed here twice. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and AWESOME. The two beds are separated by a kitchenet complete with a decent size fridge, not a mini fridge. I love that we can put the kids to bed and not have to sit in the dark from 7pm on. And both sides of the room have a TV. PLUS, THE PRICE IS SO LOW! San Juan Motel is definitely the place to stay.

Excellent location, quiet and comfortable.
The rooms were clean and accommodating. The layout was perfect with a kitchenette dividing the sleeping areas, giving some privacy while in bed.
The bathroom was remodeled and very bright and modern. There were even fans waiting in the room. The full size fridge was also great for our family.
Lastly, the owners are very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I was shocked that we were able to get an entire suite with two rooms and TVs, a couch and a bathroom with a nightlight for just $75. The location is a bit weird as it's right on the edge of a residential area, but best hotel we stayed at on this trip by far! I really don't think you will find a better deal in town.

Best hidden gem ever! Basically a two bedroom apartment with full kitchen! Owner was lovely. Location was within walking distance of everything. Definitely will rebook!

Amazing service! The owners were so helpful. The rooms were super big and had a lot of privacy due to the layout. Full size fridge, stove top, the best amenities. Felt like a mini apartment for my family and I. The building is older but came with lots of comfort, and cleanliness!! The stay was very safe, no crime in site. Walkable to food, convenience stores. This stay felt very nostalgic.

We stayed in Anacortes the night before our boat trip to San Juan Island, WA. Check in was going well when the host asked us if we'd like to stay at another property they owned. She said it was a bit quieter. She led us over and how delighted we were. Talk about supreme service!

Stayed here for a night, first time in a motel in general, and it was way better than expected. The lady on the front desk was helpful, and I'm grateful for the services provided. It was a quiet area and I felt safe walking to the local pub during the night. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh, which for me personally, is extremely important.
