You wouldn't think that this is a hotel, it's very apartment like complex vibe and very quiet. Perfect location to relax and unwind.

The room was decent, although a bit noisy could not sleep much. Jacuzzi did not work. Did not care for security waking me up at the moment I was actually able to fall asleep. When I checked in, the front desk staff was helpful with accommodation. It was not as good of a stay I was excited for when booking.

This Best Western showed my friends and i great customer service when I had misread my check out time. I asked if there could be a later check out time and Alex and Theresa went above and beyond to help us!! Breakfast was delicious too! It was fresh and tasty and had many options if you have dietary restrictions. I recently stayed at the Hampton inn but had a better experience at the Best Western overall. Rooms are on the small so that is why I’d give it four stars. It can get cramped with more than a few people, but other than that, this was an extremely pleasant experience.

If the pool is closed 3 days of my two day stay, I can't rate it more it's so disappointing to arrive to a place you book wanting pool and hot tub specifically and they both closed. Hot breakfast was toast, powdered scrambled eggs, precooked sausages warmed, no garnishments like gravy or cheese, oatmeal instant packets. Cold choices cheerios, frosted flakes, gallon jugs milk, orange juice, apple, no yogurt, oranges.. adequate but again, don't put this down as your choice stay if you wish for variety in the morning. The rooms are good size so for a family stay a night or two, if the pool is working I will totally recommend.

Let me tell you STAY THE HELL AWAY from this place. Looked good, but beware! Hotel was not busy but they placed someone above us, they were up all night racing the office chairs across the the floor. I banged and called the front to be told for security reason they can't do anything. People doing drugs out on the balcony all time of night. Homeless is rampant. Office staff is useless and rude as hell. Ghetto hands down!
Rooms smelled like cig smoke even though they claim it's non smoking. Also had dingy curtains that didn't close.
Had 2 wash clothes, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels, and 1 bar soap in the rooms.
Called to complain about the noise at 1 am and nothing done.
Cameras everywhere but no one could stop the hell from happening last night.
This place ranks with a hotel 6 or one of those rent by the hour hotels! Will not extend my stay. Would of been better off sleeping in my car!
Travel for business but will stay clear of this hell hole! Room 107. They stick everyone is one corner even on a slow night, was a loud section 8 place to house homeless.

Update: repeatedly tried contacting the hotel after they responded to my review. A manager is never available and never calls back after leaving a message.

Charged $50 deposit for "strong smell of smoke" even though I am not a smoker. Plenty of smokers outside though.

I love everything about this place. The breakfast is really delicious. They have eggs (scrambled). They have sausages. Cold cereal or hot oatmeal. Baby muffins. Coffee, apple juice, orange juice. Toast and jelly and butter. So if your ever in this area. Stop by sure stay hotel by best western. You will not be disappointed at all. The woman that clean these rooms do an excellent job. Each and everyone of them. And there really fast about it.

This hotel was a night mare to deal with. Don't waste your money!! The staff during the night is deceitful & inarticulate. They didn't notify me a cash only deposit was required until I arrived altho my room had been FULLY paid for a week & only accept cash for a deposit. The staff are seedy and inarticulate. And, give you the run around regarding deposits, refunds and asking for personal information. If you call make sure it in the daylight when people who answer the phone & are at the welcome desk actually speak English articulately. This specific SureStay location is a waste of time & money. My experience there was horrific. I recommend do not waste your money. Even a Motel6 was a palace & a pleasure to do business with compared to the sham service I received at this specific SureStay hotel location
This location is pure deception. ⚠️ They don't provide refunds. ⚠️ Don't waste your money!! They don't tell you they require a cash ONLY deposit until you arrive on a room already reserved & paid for weeks ago!! They make up excuses. And, the night staff are inarticulate excuse makers with heavy accent very difficult to understand. They lack integrity and honesty. I will never waste my time or money at this hotel location ever again! Comparitivily to all the hotels I have ever stayed in in my life time...this one...was hands down the most dishonest & unpleasant I have ever had the displeasure & stress to have to endure experiencing.
* Additionally The way people bash alleged, supposed homeless people ASSUMED to be houseless in the review section is prejudiced & ridiculous. HOW does anyone writing biased prejudice reviews complaining about homeless people KNOW anything about ANYONE else's housing status there? Prejudice against assumed homeless is the new racism. It's poor looking people people Love to hate on in the review section. HOW do you know whether they're homeless? Did you ask them the details of their personal lives?

no refunds and dishonesty is what this hotel is all about. ⚠️ I stayed there many, many,years with a church ground and it was a COMPLETELY different experience than it is today in 2023. Under different management, now. BEWARE: this location won't notify they want a cash deposit until you've arrive after travelling many, many miles to get there an already paid in full for your reserved room weeks ago. This hotel is run by scam artists. Don't put yourself in in a position to need a refund... because, they won't give you a refund. ⚠️ $200.oo of money wasted on this flop house. If you want a pleasant, honest experience go to a Motel6. I made a reservation here thinking I was going to have a restful, luxury hospitality experience. It was waste of time & money. This hotel scammed me out of my money & made every excuse known to man kind not to provide a refund for a room I ended up choosing not to stay in. ⚠️ This hotel will bamboozle you out of your money and make excuses. The woman who answer the phone during daylight is articulate, patient, kind, & friendly. But, the night staff are inarticulate and appear to be lazy college students with heavy Baliwood accents hardly understandable or comprehensible. Bottom line: the welcome area gives you the impression you're going to have a beautiful, luxury experience at a clean hotel. But, what it actually is...is a waste of time, weeks of stress even after you leave, & lost money wasted. It shouldn't be called a Best Western. Nor associated with Best Western. Because there's nothing "best" about it. The better Business bureau should hear about they make excuses for not providing refunds.
