I had the crab cake Benedict and the salted caramel coffee. My mom had the biscuits and gravy. Service was exceptional and food was amazing! Perfectly poached eggs and phenomenal hollandaise sauce. Crab cake seasoned perfectly. Biscuits and gravy also exceptional. There's a decent amount of sausage in the gravy and the biscuits has a great texture. Coffee was also super good. They use a local roast.

Great breakfast/brunch spot. Loved the selection and enjoyed the drink selection as well. One of the dishes we had, the country fried steak, was a little dry. Other dishes we had were great.

Their cajun pork belly Benedict is sooooo good and the avocado toast is incredibly delicious! I highly recommend this place. Service is great as well. Had a good time!

Our visit was short but we decided to stop in. We got there a bit too late so decided to get a few drinks and an app our bartender was amazing. She recommended drinks and also talked with us made us felt welcomed.

The picture of the awesome skillet is from fenders, not too far down the road. The reason I went to fenders was because I got treated rudely by the staff, the seats at the bar were extremely uncomfortable and threw you towards the bar, which obviously was a knowing problem according to the bartender. And when we decided to place an order, they told us that it would be at least half hour before they could take our order which at that point we wouldn’t of been able to order breakfast, which is what we had come in for. Apparently, the owner knew about all this didn’t have a problem with it. Just hope that he gets plenty of business because he had definitely lost mine. But hey, you were on TV so it’s all good. I guess one thing I’ve learned is when you see it on TV it’s all dressed up and there’s usually something better right around the corner that is far superior.

We came to Salty’s as it had been featured on the Food Network. We both left a bit disappointed. The meatball sub, which was favored by the tv show was honesty and disappointment as it had little to no flavor. The french fries were frozen from a bag, but the onion rings were quite good.
It was confusing as to why a meatball sub would take twenty minutes to make.

Although they weren’t busy, service was slow, which was also confusing. Despite that, our waitress was a delight.

Walking around Fairbanks by the river we discovered Salty’s and so happy we went in. We had the Bruchetta and it was absolutely wonderful! Could have been my meal! Then we shared the 1/2 pound cheeseburger with fries and onion rings. So so good!!!
