Sal and his crew were fantastic to have on the farm. Their catering was excellent—they were easy to work with, hardworking, and efficient at serving and getting food out quickly, even for large crowds. We love working with Sal’s!

Sal’s was easy to work with and reasonably priced. They delivered dinner at our wedding over 60 miles away from their kitchen, did an excellent buffet presentation and handled all the cleanup afterwards. Their staff were extremely pleasant, respectful and professional.

It is notable that they worked with us on several dietary restrictions and allergies, and tailored a custom menu for our event. However, one of the salad dressings ended up having gluten in it which could have impacted our guests with celiacs. (Unfortunately, it wasn’t labeled.)

I would recommend anyone looking to feed their guests at a wedding to understand that if your food has to travel, it may be over-done when it arrives because it has to sit in the containers. The only way to get restaurant quality is to cook on site. (Both proteins for our wedding were very dry.) We also ended up missing one of the starch courses and several key ingredients for our salad course.

Excellent job on catering a big wedding luncheon we had for family and friends yesterday. Sal’s staff arrived right on time, set everything up, presentation was perfect, food was piping hot, salads and deserts were chilled just right, and everything was SO tasty and gourmet. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice to use Sal’s! Thank you SO much.

We have over 100 people with different tastes and of different ages. I asked Sal to do a sit down meal. He did such a great job!! Over 15 people came to me to say how much they enjoyed not only the meal but the workers. Many are excellent chefs but they said Sal’s was top notch!! I have used him for many events from a tea party to a sit down meal he is so diverse and well rounded as a chef I always feel comfortable with him as my chef.

We had them cater our wedding recently and it was fantastic! All of our guests were raving about how excellent the food was and so were we. Not only was the food amazing but so was the interaction with Sal and the rest of his team. They invited our little cousin to help them set everything up since he was interested in what they were doing and they took the time to make sure we didn't need anything. They were great!

I can't say enough positive things about Sal and his team. I am a local wedding and event planner and I use Sal regularly. They are easy to communicate with, open to requests, make things happen on the occasional short notice booking, on-time, helpful, efficient, and the food is always great! Sal doesn't cut corners on his food either, we recently had an event where we had two cocktail hours, dinner, and late-night snacks. He had some food prepped and cooked the rest on site. Not to mention he made all of the sushi fresh and it was delicious and so beautiful on our sushi swing, presentation was on point! If you need a great and friendly caterer, look no further as Sal invests as much into the event as you would, if not more.
