Took the glacier walk tour with Salmon Berry and it was spectacular. The tour guides had a fantastic positive attitude, knowledgeable and very friendly. The tour bus was well maintained and clean. The equipment was also clean, variety of sizes and maintained (helmets, ice cleats, etc). There is a decent walk to and from the glacier but overall it was an easy day. We got to walk through three crevasses, around an ice cave and some other great locations. Lunch was provided at a local restaurant at was great. Overall I am very happy I booked with this tour company and would recommend them.

Our Alaska tour in February exceeded my expectations. We not only saw the Northern lights (which were fantastic) but experienced so much more of winter in Alaska including viewing wildlife. Also enjoyed snowshoeing, riding the Alaskan railway, dog sledding and soaking in hot springs. Harrison was a fantastic guide! Highly recommend this trip

I took the Turnagain Tour with Salmon Berry. Very smooth experience from start to finish! The view was quiet beautiful, and we saw some active residents at the conservation center. As someone personally prefers more walking, I would prefer there to be more exploration at the center, but my friend who prefers sightseeing finds this comfortable and pleasant, so it was really a personal preference. Our tour guide was really friendly and knowledgeable and gives us a lot of fun facts about the place! Loved it.

What an amazing experience! The tour was filled with fantastic experiences: dog sledding, train ride, snow shoeing, and the beautiful Aurora Borealis. The days were filled with activities and time to explore yourself. Nothing was rushed. The days were relaxing because everything is planned for you. The tour guide, Laura, was very informative and made this trip of a lifetime perfect!

Definitely the highlight of our Alaska vacation with the Breathtaking views and beautiful scenery. Our Tour guid Kayla was very sweet, professional and very knowledgeable about Alaska and its rich historical culture, and community. Lunch and snacks were great! Definitely would recommend this tour to anyone.

Wonderful trip to the glacier today. Our guides, Kayla and Micah, were great. They were quite knowledgeable; I know I learned a great deal today. The lunch was delicious. The van was comfortable. The ride to the glacier was beautiful. We’re so glad we did this! Our pictures don’t do this trip justice.

One of our best vacations EVER! We have been to Alaska twice before, but during the summer. This was a family and friend trip for us as my daughter really wanted to see the Northern Lights and it’s a great year for the solar activity. All my expectations were blown away. We learned so much about Alaska and saw so much of its beauty that we are already talking about coming back for a Salmon Berry Iditarod trip. We did luck out with seeing Mt. Denali with a beautiful sunrise hitting it and an incredible northern lights show, but Salmon Berry Tours know what they are doing and has chosen a perfect itinerary that showcases all Alaska has to offer in the winter. Our guide Harrison was incredibly knowledgable, fun and flexible to make it the great experience for all of us. I highly recommend this trip!
