Absolutely horrible service! Housekeeping was non-existent. Would not empty trash, change sheets, clean toilets, refresh coffee service. Would not show up even when mentioned to front desk. Walls are paper thin, fun neighbors. ....... Was given a ADA room for what ever reason.
When I called to speak to a manger, the person I spoke to lied and hung up when I mentioned I have photos. Not recommend. I have attempted to contact through email several times........no response.

Deceptive Advertising. We booked online through their website. We looked through all the room photos and decided on the San Juan Deluxe Suite. When we checked into our room, it was NOTHING like the photo! We went back to the front desk and explained that we wanted the room that was shown in the room slideshow. The front desk clerk said "oh, those photos are for all the rooms". I explained that they are not, and that different rooms show different photos. She said that if we wanted the room in the photo, it would cost a lot more.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told that isn't possible. I asked for a refund and she said "sorry, we have a 72 hour cancellation policy so I can't give you your money back"
Unfortunately, the front desk staff and the manager could care less that you are unhappy with their false advertising. There are many other lodging choices in Anacortes that would be happy to have you stay. Do not stay at this place that couldn't care less, once you've booked and paid.

The hotel seems to be run for the convenience of the staff instead of the guests. The workout equipment was inoperable and the staff couldn't fix. The free weights start at level too high for most women even though room on rack for 10 lb for example. The whirlpool open till 9 pm has an earlier lockout and I had to call the front desk to exit. The free breakfast is from 9 to 10 am when most guests will be gone. The luggage rack was hidden and no good place to set up.

The hotel is one of the best hotel i ever stayed in. I always tell my friend in Anacortes, to come here. The front desk lady is so nice and sweet. The room is SUPER CLEAN and I had a great view. I have no complaints. If you want a hotel with a great view, clean and tidy, no noise, awesome hot tub, and just in overall great experience, this is the spot. Five stars!

I went with my family we booked a room with 2 queen beds and the front desk lady was so nice to upgrade us to a grand suite. The room was very clean and the staffs were amazing. I travel often with my little ones and this was one of those hotels that made my little ones feel welcomed as well. I do recommend trying out Fidalgo inn for some amazing local burgers! I will definetly will be returning back and would recommend it to my close ones when coming to Anacortes!

Terrible!! Little to no housekeeping. Too difficult to empty trash and replace towels? Lifeless interior. Disinterested front desk when informed. Noisy. Thin walls. Just uncomfortable. Sticky surfaces, finger prints everywhere. |Other options in town.

I really liked that building is new and clean. It also seemed very quiet at least while I stayed there. And the bed was comfy. The staff were also helpful. I like the location next to the waterfront. I recommend the Tin House next door as a good place to eat.

Just had a terrible experience at this hotel. I was told when i set up my reservation I could get an early check in at 2pm as I'm traveling with a handicapped person it was important for their treatment schedule. The woman running front desk told me I could not check in until after 4pm. When I politely protested she told me I could no longer stay there and that there were no refunds and if I did not leave she would call the police. $150 down the drain and never entered a room. Terrible.
